Pool, landscaping, and trash services may occur during your stay to keep the property in excellent condition.



Pool heat: Included at 85°. Higher temps available for $75/day with 24+ hrs notice. Guests have basic pool controls. Spa heat included, 103° max



Pets: Up to 2 dogs allowed with prior notice, $50/pet/night. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after pets — excessive mess or damage may result in additional cleaning charges.



Occupancy: Max 16 guests (adults + children). Exceeding this may result in cancellation without refund.



Cleaning: Departure clean included. Mid-stay cleaning available for a fee.



Shipping packages: Not recommended (multiple vendors access the home). Message us if something must be shipped.



Outdoor music: Low volume only, no amplified sound, no outside music after 10 PM. Small personal Bluetooth speakers OK at low volume.



Neighborhood speed limits: Drive slowly and follow posted limits — HOA fines range $250–$1,000.

Gated Community with access code. Keyless entry into home and detached bungalow. All access codes and address will be given closer to stay.

Montage is directly across the street from the Empire Polo Grounds, home of Coachella and Stagecoach, meaning you’re just 3–5 minutes from the festival entrances. Nearby, you’ll also find:

HOA & Community Expectations



Montage at Santa Rosa has clear community rules that all guests must follow:



Quiet Hours



10 PM – 10 AM, enforced by the City of Indio and HOA. Noise must remain at a minimal level outdoors after 10 PM.



Parking



No overnight street parking



All vehicles must be parked in the driveway or garage.



Cars may not block sidewalks, drive on grass, or park diagonally



Violations may result in HOA fines or towing



Noise Regulations



Loud amplified outdoor music is not allowed at any time. Small bluetooth speakers at low volume are permitted, but outdoor audio must turn off completely at 10 PM.



Guest Limits



Each home has a maximum occupancy of 18 guests, enforced by the city and HOA.



Security



The neighborhood utilizes controlled gate access. Your reservation includes a gate code. Exterior security cameras are permitted by HOA guidelines.

The gated community is calm and walkable for morning strolls, but most destinations outside the neighborhood will require driving or a rideshare.
