We had a great stay at Azul. The pool and hot tub were wonderful and we played lots of pickleball. The host was very easy to communicate with through the entire process.

This home exceeded every expectation! It was immaculately clean, beautifully decorated, and stocked with every comfort we could want. The location was wonderful—peaceful and private, yet close to everything. We especially loved the variety of activities available right on the property. As a multigenerational family, it was perfect—everyone had their own bedroom with a TV. We had so much fun in the pool, and we would definitely return if we vacation in Indio again!

Incredible property! It was the perfect spot to host for my 40th birthday with all of my good friends. Plenty of space and the host was incredible with response times. The only issues we had was spotty WiFi (we did finally reset the router in the office/room and that worked) and some outlets that wouldn't charge our phones but overall would gladly stay here again. Highly recommend for anyone looking to get away with a larger group of family and friends.

Great property!

This was a fabulous property for this annual gathering of friends! Everything went very well other than we could never get the hot tub hot enough to go into it. Always stayed lukewarm.. Everything else worked great!

Beautiful place with outstanding amenities

Spacious with a lot of private space for couples. Fully equipped kitchen and everything was in great condition. Pool stayed heated and multiple outdoor activities kept everyone entertained plus the bonus indoor game room. and arcade

Fun for all

Our group of adults and kids stayed at the Azul house and had a blast. There was plenty of space and activities for everyone of all ages - we especially loved the pool and pickleball court. The house was fully stocked and the property was well kept. We would love to come back in the future! Thanks for an amazing stay.

Family Spring Break Holiday

Azul is the ideal rental for a multigenerational family. There is something for everyone. The kitchen is well equipped. So much to do and enjoy. Swimming, sport court, games. Having a bunk room for the kids was perfect and not many rentals offer this option. We will definitely rent this house in the future.

Party house just for young people.

This house has a lot of toys to play with. Ping pong, Pickleball court, basketball, putting green, darts, frisbee golf, corn hole, pool, spa shuffleboard. But it is worn out. Old appliances, dirty carpets, scuffed walls. Needs a paint job. Courtyard & garden has dead plants or none. Bulbs out in courtyard. Gardeners only came once in 30 days that I rented the house. Pool guy was great. This house is obviously for Coachella & Stagecoach groups that stay a few days. But I was staying a month with friends for a lot of money a day. There was not even one box of Kleenex in the house, one paper towel, on TP per bathroom. No hand soap anywhere. I have rented all over the World and never had to go get these things the minute I move in. I had to ask the management company for extra towels, bath rugs, set of sheets and an ironing board & iron. They did bring them. But it is a bare bones house. Very few kitchen supplies for entertaining and miss matched dishes & glasses. No table cloths or placemats etc. The main floor in the house has a rock floor that is usually used for outdoors, very uneven & ugly dark brown. Can not walk barefoot on it and one of my guests almost fell. Bedrooms are very sparse and bedding is very cheap. Outside furniture is also very cheap and uncomfortable. Plenty of seating but hard to sit for long. I was very disappointed in the house especially how much I paid. Would not recommend unless it was for a bunch of kids going to the concerts.

Great family stay

We had a great stay at Azul. Our family ranged in age from 2 years to grandparents and all enjoyed it. The inside was great with plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for us, well equipped kitchen, games, nice family room, etc. And the outside was really fun -- pool, spa, firepit, pickleball/basketball, putting green, and a nice-sized yard for kids. We had a couple of minor hiccups early on related to the pool not being heated but management quickly made it right. The management company was very easy to deal with and very responsive. We would book this home again.

Azul the summer camp home!

The home perfectly accommodated our group of nine. We took advantage of the many activities in the yard. Well equipped and comfortable. The outdoor eating and sitting areas are perfect! The only disappointment was the pool/spa temperature control panel was broken. Maintenance showed us how to manually turn on. But if you wish the pool to be warmer than 78° you are charged $35 a degree per day. Which should be known up front.

Great Place to Stay

Property is great for multi person golf outing, close proximity to many wonderful courses. Close to costco for easy pick up or instacart. Only issue was with spa, it was in a service-active mode and unoperable. Everything else was great!

Family vacay

Property was big and pretty nice, but there were some small things that didnt work or were damaged around the Property. For example we couldnt get the spa to work, or the ice maker on the refrigerator. They did have a lot of games and amenities around the house for us to use,which was great! Overall we enjoyed our stay!

Fun group house but sheets not clean

Fun house for a group. Lots of bedrooms but could have used more indoor living space. Nice outdoor space. Hot tub can only run for 3 hours per day which wasn’t long enough for us and didn’t get very hot which was disappointing. Biggest problem was that the sheets on at least a few of the beds weren’t clean. We found one bed with something red on the sheets and hairs on a few other beds.

Beautiful large home w lots to do!

Vacay was excellent in responding to our small concerns. The house is large (we totally missed one bedroom) but a bit worn from all the rentals. Our weather didn’t cooperate but we so enjoyed the fire pit, hot tub, pickleball court, putting green and inside fireplace.

Azul house

Great place to stay… So many things to do in the backyard. They really went all out putting in fun sports. Inside is great. Lots of places to gather but also find places to hang out by yourself. Definitely coming back.

Friends Getaway

This house was the perfect place for our multi-family friend group to get together. The outdoor space was absolutely ideal for the kids to run around and play. Kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook. Our only wish was that the pool had a fence so that we could have relaxed just a little bit more with the little ones running around. Overall this was a great property and we would definitely book again!

The good features and some problems

The property was very nice and spacious for our group of 8 adults and 4 kids under age 2. Lots of indoor and outdoor seating. Two casitas was a bonus. Property as advertised, yet could use some minor updating, such as loose stone around spa, grill cooked inconsistently. Big yard and lots of games to keep us occupied, a nice pizza oven with wood provided, and two large TVs. Spacious living room. Nice large deep pool but management kept it at maximum 78 degrees, too cold, with only brief stints in the pool. Spa nice when working, had several instances where it wouldn't heat up or would drain completely on it's own. Three times it had to be fixed. This ended up costing us several days of using the spa, extremely disappointing. First night in the house, ceiling alarms went off at 2:00am, shrieking and flashing in each room. Repeatedly called the 24-hour line but management didn't answer. Don't know if dispatcher literally asleep at the wheel or they aren't available to help in an emergency. We felt completely on our own and abandoned. We had to stand on bar stools to remove the alarms from the 10-foot ceilings, which are hardwired and kept going off every 10 minutes. Not knowing if they were CO2 alarms, we called the local fire department, exited the house in the cold, and waited for help to arrive, and solve our problem. This was certainly not the way one wants to spend their first night in a new house. Be prepared to be on your own in case of an emergency. With that said, all in all, we had a good time in a very nice house.

Great stay

Golf trip with a group of 12. Really great stay and would highly recommend. The house is set up to entertain large groups with all of the games / pool / spa etc. Can't wait to book again next year.
