21st Annual Family Golf Trip

Great location, the property had enough bedrooms and washrooms to sleep 13 of our guests and honestly could accommodate an additional 2 to 3 if needed. The kitchen was spacious and stocked with everything you need to cook for our group. We cooked in the entire golf trip....Burger, hotdogs, steaks and pasta and had enough utensils and cutlery etc for all our needs. The pool was incredible and offered a nice cool down in the heat. This is the second time we rented at this location, the first being in 2024. The property manager was great to deal with and was gracious to have allowed us a bit of an early check-in because our early flight arrival. We will be back. We also used Bellhop to have all our groceries delivered early prior to our check-in. First time we ever used a grocery service like this and it was fantastic to arrive to a stocked fridge and cabinets. The processes is quick and easy and I would definitely recommend it.

Golf trip

Great location for golf trip and house provided us with everything we were looking for. Pool, sauna and hot tub along with outdoor area were all above average. Only minor negative features were tv connections were giving us issues for several days while worked fine the other days. Suggest leaving some common condiments at all times.

Nice property, great location

Property was as promised, though definitely a high use rental that needs some care and attention. Clean enough, with plenty of towels, blankets and a well stocked kitchen. The management company was pesky before the rental, but very responsive during the stay. We were disappointed sauna didn't work (which we weren't notified of) and pool was cloudy, but overall backyard vibe was nice and we enjoyed the firepit. I'd stay again.

Beautiful house and great location!

My group enjoyed our stay at Acacia. The house is beautiful, the pool is heated, and overall is well equipped with everything you need. The house would benefit with updating the dishwasher, and some of the mattresses. Otherwise everything was great and the host was very friendly and helpful. The location is walking distance to the Empire Polo Club. My group was busy with various events throughout the day and wish we had more time to enjoy the house.

Birthday Celebration

I was so happy to celebrate my big birthday with my five girlfriends at this property. It was just a perfect location for us. The real setting was just as beautiful as the photos presented on the website. I loved the warmth of the jacuzzi and the sauna. We took advantage of all the comfortable amenities. I wish there were just a few more supplies like wash clothes, hand towels, dish soap and extra bed blankets, but otherwise everything was well organized and clean. The staff was very polite and responsive every time we contacted them. We will definitely book again!

Good Location, Nice sized house.

We really enjoyed our time at Acasia, the house set up was perfect for our group of 4 couples. Walking distance to Empire Polo Club. Only issues were the cleanliness upon arrival (was pretty bad, dirty, dusty, garbage, stains, etc) and how "used" the outdoor furniture was. I think the cleaning crew was in a hurry the day before we arrived. Overall it was great but could use a deep cleaning & an outdoor refresh (and we are not overly picky about that stuff). We did have a lot of fun.

Had a Great Time!

Brought the family to celebrate a birthday, and everyone was very impressed with the space. Poker table needs to be leveled, and the spa jets are a little on the weak side - but otherwise everything is stellar. Stocked kitchenware, plenty of towels and welcoming beds made our time in the home a delight. Was pleasantly surprised to find a fridge in the garage which was perfect for our backup bottled water through the warm days. Would happily revisit!

Worn out & dirty

House was not prepared for our arrival. Property is pet friendly, however previous tenants failed to clean up after their dogs and cleaning crew didn’t do any better. Outside trash cans were full, garbage disposal had not been run and food was visible in the drain. Pool had algae along the wall near water feature. Non-stick pans, cooking utensils, bed linen need to be replaced. Issued a warning for false parking violation.

Overall very good, a few shortcomings

Overall the property was very good. Spacious, comfortable beds, nice kitchen, very nice outdoor space and pool, decent grill. Property manager was responsive to a cleaning mistake and a leaky faucet. Shortcomings were few kitchen utensils, very well used pots and pans, and a tired dishwasher.

Fun In The Desert

Great property, well supplied home with lots to enjoy. We had some minor issues which were immediately taken care of. Only disappointment was the February weather...cold, windy and wet!! Not Vacanza's fault!! Lots of great restaurants in the area as well. Would definitely rent this home again!

There were 13 teenagers and adults. The house was perfect for our family and my 80th birthday gathering. The house is well-stocked and handles a large crowd comfortably. We had the absolute best time we could have imagined.
