Highly Recommend

Our stay was a great one! Highly recommend. Amenities were exactly what was stated online. Communication was stellar and the place was clean and top notch. Directions into the building and room were very detailed. Saturday night is slightly noisy outside but I suppose par for the course of the location (which was new for us and not specifically known until check in). Overall highly recommend.

Charming? Indubitably.

I am only allowed 1500 characters in this review, my original writing had 2400 characters, so I’ll try to be brief. Good: Front door entry code, good entry lighting, pretty foyer. Apt clean, modern, nicely decorated. Kitchen appliances/pots/silverware were well stocked. Some complimentary shower stuff. Location great, good for walking. Downtown close. So-so stuff: Parking pass not in the unit, manager happened to be there and provided it. VERY small bath towels. Not so good: While the listing says that the pictures are not of the actual apartment, the listing does lead one to believe that there is a view of the city. Loud machinery out all windows. Bathroom through bedroom, but unit sleeps four. Awkward! Each lamp by the bed had one USB port, but neither worked. Bathroom is TINY, like one-person-and-the-door-has-to-be-shut tiny. All this being said, we’re still giving five stars, and here’s why. Most of the bad things are out of their control (the size of the bathroom, the layout of the apartment, the view out of the windows, etc.). None of the so-so things were bad enough to remove a ranking and the service that we got from the manager was outstanding. If we get to go back to Indy, we’ll stay again.

Convenient

Enjoyed our stay in our old town. It’s on Mass Ave, which on the weekends I saw people previously commenting it being loud. It’s the heart of the city. We slept fine and didn’t consider it loud. It is an older building with renovated rooms.

Birthday Weekend was Banging

Thank you so much for your awesome hospitality! My partner and I came to Indi for the first time in hopes of a wonderful long weekend to celebrate their birthday. The room was clean, stocked and ready to go when we arrived. Since we flew, it was nice to get in late at night and have an easy handsfree check-in. The host sent us all the links to our keys and gave us an app to make everything easier. The neighborhood is great, gay friendly and full of life and fun. Since it is hustling and bustling, it is quite nosey on the street, but nothing out of the ordinary for a city. We will defiantly be coming back and would recommend this quaint space. Thanks for a great trip!

Great spot in Indy

We had a great New Years Eve in Indy. The room was great - clean and in a prime area on Mass Ave. Everything was in walking distance. Management was very responsive through the booking process to checkout.

Gorgeous and clean

We travelled here for one night for the big ten championship game (Go Blue!) and our stay was absolutely lovely. The place is so pretty, in a nice area, and totally clean. I am EXTREMELY paranoid about bed bugs, and always thoroughly inspect every mattress I sleep on in hotels and rentals, and this was by far probably the cleanest mattress I have seen! Absolutely no evidence of bed bugs. Made me sleep like a lump on a log! Definitely would recommend!

Great location

Great location! Lots of restaurants and things to do within walking distance. So glad that I reserved a parking spot. One caution - be sure to identify where the parking is located before arriving. We ended up arriving 2 hrs later than planned due to road construction outside Indy so I wasn’t prepared for a night time arrival. Very responsive management! Highly recommend!

Okay for a short trip

We stayed for a few nights in late December. It was fine for a short trip. We registered late and I guess because of that, communication with the property manager seemed to lag. We had arrived and were still texting to find out what the apartment number was so we could go in. When we finally did get in, the thermostat was broken and it was absolutely frigid in the apartment. I texted the manager and they tried to tell me how to work the thermostat, but it was broken beyond repair. Instead of maintenance coming, they had us move apartments. Which would have been ok but we had already loaded all of our stuff into that apartment, including two small kids, a dog and the million things you have to bring to accommodate them. So not very convenient to switch apartments at that point. But once we got through all of that, the stay was fine and was a good location. The bathroom was really small with hardly any counter space so that was a challenge as well.

Great place!

The place was comfortable and in a great location. We walked to the shops on Mass Ave and took pics at the murals that are close by. We enjoyed ourselves!
