No le gustó: Limpieza, servicios, estado de la propiedad e instalaciones
We arrived shortly after 4PM and could tell that the apartment had not been fully cleaned. There were dirty bedsheets in a ball on the mattress and there were items in both the washer & dryer. Cleaning products and trash bags were left on the counter, and there was no bag in the trashcan, no hand soap in the bathroom or kitchen, and barely any shampoo/conditioner in the shower. We messaged the host asking about the cleaners being finished because of what we walked into and he said they were not done and must’ve stepped out for more supplies. He said he tried reaching out to them and could not get a hold of them. A couple of hours later, he messaged us saying that they were “pulled over” but he could ask them to return and finish the job. By this point we had prior engagements and didn’t feel comfortable leaving our stuff & having cleaners in and out of the apartment. We attempted to finish the laundry ourselves, but the dryer was not efficient, and we ended up going to bed with a damp comforter. Also, none of the outlets in the living room area worked. So the TV was not useable and the WiFi box needed to be moved to another area of the house. Not once did we get an apology from the host for any of our issues and that is the main reason for even writing this review.
