You’ll get a complimentary parking pass for the attached garage (no pricey downtown parking headaches). Step outside and you’re minutes from Lucas Oil Stadium, Gainbridge Fieldhouse, White River State Park, Indianapolis Zoo, Indiana State Museum, Monument Circle, and Mass Ave — the city’s favorite dining and nightlife district.
Whether you’re in town for work, a concert, a Colts game, or just to explore Indy, this apartment offers all the space, style, and amenities to make your stay effortless.
Guest Access:
To complete your booking process and get your Guest Access information you will be connected with Enso Connect Guest Experience app. Once you have completed your verification process you will receive your Enso "Boarding Pass" with your Guest Access information.
The Enso Connect guest verification process will require:
* Signing of rental agreement
* ID and selfie uploads
Guests will enjoy exclusive access to the apartment. The property is self-check-in, so please carefully read the check-in instructions prior to arrival. Property amenities include a free parking in the attached garage, 2 Outdoor pools (Open Memorial Day - Labor Day, hours are 9 am - 8 pm, please follow all posted rules), 24/7 Fitness Center and Bark Park with agility equipment. You have around-the-clock access to your space through our custom-coded keypad deadbolt locks. To ensure your safety, all of our properties are equipped with Ring video doorbell cameras and Noise monitoring decibel measuring devices inside the unit (Please note: Noise devices do not have recording features).
Your reservation at CityWay includes one pass for the on-site CityWay South Parking Garage. Please note that we cannot provide additional passes as the garage is public. Upon entry, take a ticket and pay upon exiting, subject to availability. The pass grants unlimited in and out privileges for one vehicle. Enjoy convenient parking during your stay at CityWay!

No Glass Containers – Ever.
Glass is not allowed anywhere near the pool deck or in the pool. It’s a big safety risk — and if glass is found, we have to drain the pool. Let’s avoid that!

Love a good summer playlist? So do we! Just make sure your volume doesn’t disturb the peaceful vibes of the community. If it’s too loud, you’ll be asked to turn it down or head out.
Pets Love Summer, Too—But Not at the Pool.
We know your pets are family, but they’ll need to sit this one out. No animals are allowed in or around the pool area.
Guests: One Per Leaseholder.
Planning to bring a buddy? Awesome — just keep it to one guest per leaseholder.
Snack Breaks Away From the Pool.
Please enjoy meals and snacks away from the pool area; one of the nearby courtyards is a great option! No food is allowed on the pool deck or in the water.
Keep an Eye on Capacity.
Residents are expected to self-monitor occupancy limits posted on the pool deck. Our staff and Courtesy Officers will also be checking in regularly.
And just to make sure it’s crystal clear — no glass. Ever. Really. We mean it.

These rules aren’t just for show—they help keep our pool areas safe, respectful, and fun for everyone. This also helps ensure the pools don’t have random closures, something we’d all like to avoid! We appreciate your cooperation and community spirit in making this a fantastic pool season.

Cute, clean, and perfect for our needs!
Good location close to Lucas Oil and restaurants and shopping. Unit was clean and as advertised. Cityway area as a whole is a little sprawling but the instructions to get where we needed to be were great so the sprawl wasn't an issue. Recommend.

Disappointing
First, we were provided the wrong street number to check in .. 340 then 302 but needed 301.
The 4th floor and the apartment smelled terrible. I had to buy Febreeze to try to mask the odor. I reported the issue and was told it would be addressed, but if it was we did not notice the difference.

Basic apartment in great location
We were here for Olympic swim trials and to also compete in a Masters meet. The location was great - quick walk to Lucas Oil Stadium and a 10 minute drive to the Natatorium. The beds were very comfortable and parking was easy. We just had a few things that would have made the stay that much better. One concern was addressed after we left, as we did not tell them until then, and the owners were understanding. The others were that the floor was sticky and quite dirty and the kitchen wasn't very set up for eating in on a regular basis. The reason we book VRBO's is so we can cook for ourselves, but we were constantly having to wash bowls and spoons because there was only 4 of them. A dish cloth or sponge was not provided either, so we had to improvise with bathroom cloths to wash dishes and clean the counters. If these were remedied, we would stay here again. Thank you.
