  • Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. There are 7 walkable restaurants: Loco, Baby's, Bocca, Teas Me Cafe, Mashcraft, Subway and Little Caesars. You are a 2 minute walk from the red line bus line that takes you downtown. You are a 5 minute ride from Lucas Oil Stadium and Gainbridge, the home of the Pacers. All of your downtown needs are 5 minutes away without the downtown traffic.

Cozy duplex located in a nice area on Indianapolis. Walking distance to several restaurants and short driving distance to others. Easy check in and Carolyn was very nice and had great communication with us

Great for a weekend in Indy. Great for any events down town. Quick and easy commute to Gainbridge Fieldhouse. Lincoln Square great breakfast spot near by and some late night food options also close by. Host communication was great also. I would stay again.

House was great and worked fine for our needs. Was a little chilly but the weather was super cold at Zero degrees, Thankfully there was an extra blanket in the closet to help. Overall The house was an amazing value for the price and we all were very happy! We would definitely book again!

Great location close to downtown

The wife and i went for a supercross weekend and this place did not disappoint. Close to everything and the host was easy to get ahold of. Would definitely book again.

Wonderful

Close to just about everything. Great location. Great communication with host. We had a wonderful time. Will most definitely consider booking here again for future weekend trips in Indy!

Nice location, old style

Communication was great, check in easy, nice area. Only negative was lack if kitchen items. They brought us a baking pan when requested.

The place was clean and beautiful. Hospitality was at it’s peak(towels ready in every room and food already in the pantry). Neighbors were nice, had no problems. Overall good stay!

Just a few upgrades away from being perfect

The home is fine, but it is very bare. Almost no utensils, no bells and whistles. I’ll definitely stay there again, but those little things go a long way.

Great Location

Great location and great communication with the property manager. We traveled downtown for a concert, then out to Noblesville the following night. Walked through the neighborhood looking at the older homes. Food right down the street.

Not bad, could be better with improvements

This rental offers excellent value in a convenient location. The quaint home provides a comfortable base for exploring the area, and the host's welcome guide is full of helpful local suggestions. While there are some minor maintenance issues (like a tricky shower handle) and the upper floor can be a bit chilly, the overall experience was pleasant. The amenities provided were appreciated, and the water pressure is great. The location of this place was great. According to the renter, we were the first to stay at her VRBO. She was very easy to communicate with during the process. The house itself could use some upgrades to make it a little more short-term friendly. However, it served its purpose for my work trip, where we did not spend much time in the house.

Nice but

The location was great - super nice neighborhood. Comfortable and quiet. But a little TLC would go a long way. Could use a toaster, haur dryer, glasses. The shower knob is loose and can fall off.

Good stay

He was little dusty and dirty around the base of the floor have all the rooms and bathroom had a problem with the toilet hose coming loose but we put it back on and after that everything was pretty good the steps were little steep but we made it okay

Great Place

It was a greatbplace. I definitely will stay again. There was no exit instructions so i just did what i would have wanted if someone was staying in my house. I had to buy towels due to i couldnt find any in the house. After the first day i decided to look in the dryer and there was towels. Overall the host was super nice.

Neighborhood was nice, quiet (other than at times street traffic picked up). Host was very responsive to messages. Just a note: no paper products were provided other than toilet paper. Host did bring one roll of paper towel at request but just an fyi if you use napkins, Kleenex, etc to bring your own. Also, it appeared kitchen not fully stocked. It didn’t matter to us because we never ate in the vrbo but again, just an fyi if you want to do meals here. Overall it worked for us as a place to sleep that wasn’t too far from the convention center.

House was ok…. Location was ideal to get to downtown, north side & south side. Neighborhood felt safe. Pictures were not fully representative of the property. Most of the light bulbs were burnt out & there was very little offered in the kitchen (a few cups, limited flatware & plates). There was no extra paper products (TP / paper towels, so we had to buy our own). Also no coffee & or supplies to use with the coffee maker. Fridge light was burnt out & setting was freezing everything in the fridge.Windows leaked, so it was noisy & cold at night. Temperature was difficult to change, & did not produce heat in one of the bedrooms. Beds sit low to ground, which was uncomfortable for our family as we are tall.

This property is not suitable for rental. Front porch stair rental was rotten and broke off in my hand going down. I almost fell. Stairway going upstarts is too small and very hard to navigate. I could barely carry a bag up it. Going down was worse! Front porch wasn’t even swept! The toilets are NOT adult size. Very small and difficult for a 6’1” man to stand up from. I hated both of them! Stair carpet was filthy, So was shag carpet in bath! Thermostat would not register over 68’’, It was 10” outside and the place is drafty a not well insulated. This is not what I cal VRBO quality!!!!
