Our stay was amazing! The house was beautiful, clean, well maintained, and so modern. The rooms were good sizes and the kitchen was amazing. The master bathroom is a literal dream! The hosts were in contact with us the entire trip to ensure our stay was a success and we didn’t have issues. Will definitely be staying again and recommend this stay for everyone!

Looks can be deceiving

The house looks very nice. The neighborhood is pretty sketchy. The fancy stovetop only works with about 1/3rd of the pans available in the house. We couldn’t get it to work at all until we got a response from the host saying only the stainless steel bottom pans will work on it, we had 7 people to feed with 3 small pans. All of the bigger frying pans were teflon and wouldn’t activate the burners. The super fancy looking shower in the master bedroom works decently but none of the controls actually match up with the shower heads they are supposed to control. The pull out couch in the basement was busted so we couldn’t use that. There were several items throughout the house that were broken (lamps, barstool, utensils, etc) it looks very nice on the surface but I definitely wouldn’t stay here again.

We enjoyed our weekend in your lovely, modern home. The kitchen was awesome. There is a really excellent shower system in the master bath. Having a garage was a real plus.

We had a very enjoyable stay…the house is very modern and spacious with plenty of room and very comfortable furnishings. The location is very convenient to downtown and the local Fountain Square area has lots of fun places to eat and a great coffee shop! We would definitely return!

Indy weekend...Disappointing experience, but beautiful home.

The 9 of us had a horrible experience gaining access. We were confirmed for late arrival (after office hours), but were given the wrong code for front door. We had to call security which alerted the police in order to get the agency's (or owners) attention. 1. House needed to be supplied for occupants (not enough linens or towels) 2. Mold on ceiling in Master shower 3. Ants in house. 4. Needs deep clean (as noted by previous renters as well) 5. Several electrical item not working; master light & fan; several outlets, etc.. 6. A/C upstairs wasn't programed to work (hot) (It's the small details that make a difference for the big price we paid). We were refunded a minimal amount of our rent which was even more dissatisfying. Thank you to the housekeeper who stopped by with extra supplies....it helped a lot!

Plenty of room and great location

Our family of 10 adults stayed here over the eclipse weekend. There is plenty of space for 10 adults. The house is modern and beautifully decorated. And there was plenty of space for 10 adults to sleep. And plenty of space on the main floor for people to sit and visit . We found the unit was very clean and orderly. There is also a children’s park just right out the back door. The property also comes with a garage, which was nice. There is three full baths, plus a 1/2 bath on the main floor, which was nice for all our guests. The unit has Keurig coffee maker, the host provided coffee and cream. I only gave it four stars. Because the management company asked us three days before we checked in to confirm how many adults. We had 10 adults. They only left eight towels. And didn’t leave any sheets for the fold out bed. Also, there’s only one glass for anyone to have something to drink, and there were only two forks in the utensil drawer. This was disappointing.

1 night stay

the house was absolutely freezing the entire time and the thermostats did not work . the shower in the master bathroom leaked from the ceiling (instead of the raining shower head). the code we were given for the door did not work , it took 5 calls and messages to get ahold of the property manager for us to get the correct code . the communication was just overall awful . i messaged about another night and was never answered , they only tried to charge my card the night we stayed .
