It seems like downtown Indy is dead, the property is fine, but thats it, fine, rooms seem old, building seems old, breakfast was good tho,

Came down for FDIC and the hotel was beautiful! Blew my fiancé away with the valet parking and the room! Would stay here again if the opportunity arises!!

This hotel is in a great location in downtown Indy. Right across the street from the Gainbridge field house and it’s a good view. Other than that nothing is really great about this hotel. The rooms are small, the staff made a point that the pool was heated and it was not. The elevators were very squeaky and shaky. Overall I would say only book this hotel if you are planning to attend a game at Gainbridge field house or you are going to the bars that are within walking distance otherwise it is very overpriced.

Sheets were dirty upon folding over comforter to sleep( some hairs and weird smears). We also had housekeeping knock on our door at 9am waking up our children…not sure what the purpose was as they apologized right away. The pool could use a cleaning as there was some hair in water. Front desk was awesome and very accommodating as we were traveling with special needs children! Would definitely stay again minus the opening interruption.

The bistro/bar was very convenient to be able to attend a concert at Gainbridge and then get a nightcap afterwards.

We had a a check in time of 3pm but rooms were still being cleaned we were not allowed to check in until after 9pm. The staff was overwhelmed and not equipped to handle the crowd on a Saturday.

Good place to stay. Did not enjoy the pool as the water is chilly. Temp at 82F but still cold. Overall, good place to stay and close to everything.

Close enough to Lucas oil stadium for the concert that we were attending. Only complaint is, don’t valet load luggage into vehicles anymore? Especially for a mom with her three daughters?

I recently stayed at this place parked valet and one of the valet employees stole $1000 out of my vehicle when they took my vehicle to park it for the evening. I informed the valet manager, which then went on to contact the employee that was on shift last night, and the employee claims that they never took anything but yet I have several witnesses that were with me that evening that road in my vehicle that seen the envelope there and it was there when I got out. It was my valet parking free. What a joke.

Loved the location for attending NCAA games. And easy walking to many bars and restaurants. Breakfast was good. Staff was excellent from front desk to bar/restaurant staff, to cleaning crews, and concierge.

Hotel is DIRECTLY across from Gainbridge Fieldhouse where the NCAA tournament was being played. This was AWESOME since that's why we were in town. If you're booking in March and NOT going to the games, consider this. It was a madhouse of families. I was so surprised there were rooms left at all, so was happy to find two at this place that were reasonably priced. Downside 1. They did not have the rooms we reserved ready at around 7:30 pm when we arrived. We were told it was an Expedia glitch and that it would be about an hour until our rooms were ready. After two separate complaints (first my husband, then a bit after from me) they said they could do one of the rooms then but that it would be a king room. This did not work for our group, but we needed to get checked in so we took it. The clerk wasn't even a bit apologetic. Had she expressed some sort of understanding that it was an inconvenience, it would have at least felt better. The room was fine. Clean. The lighting: AWFUL. I expect downtown city hotels to have poor natural light, especially if I'm not booking a room with a view, but the actual lighting was just bad. The room was so dark.

If you are staying for an event at Gainbridge Fieldhouse or anything else nearby, this is a wonderful option. Clean, well-maintained hotel. Staff is very friendly and helpful, including excellent valet service. Breakfast options are amazing. Many restaurants within walking distance.

Loved being directly across from Gainbridge Fieldhouse & right in the midst of all the March Madness excitement. Staff was very helpful letting me check in early so that I could get to the basketball games. Everything was great.
