It was a nice place to stay for the weekend. The kids loved the pool. Tons of food options in the area. Nice, friendly staff.

The room accommodations was missed up. We reserved two Queen beds for two adult men and they changed the room to one king and a pull out sofa bed with out contacting us. We had just drove 12 hours to-get there for a family funeral. Once arrived and checking in they spring the room change on us

The property itself was very nice my only complaint would be not having room garbage emptied at all during the stay. Also, at random times of the night, the parking lot would be blocked off. If more services like that can be done and fixed or at least communicated it would be perfect.

Clean and friendly staff. Only minor complaint is thin walls. I could hear a kiddo running back and forth above me which was annoying.

Very smooth check in. The room was nice. Clean and the lay is great. We’ve stay home Home2’s before and was as comfortable as ever.

I stayed here to prepare for a colonoscopy because the hospital is far from my house, and I had to bring a driver. So, I paid extra for a king suite. However, they put us in a king studio. By the time I checked my reservation and saw that we were in the wrong room, it was time to start my prep, and it was too late to change rooms. Hoping for a refund for the extra I paid for the room I didn't get. I really wanted the extra space for my driver! Next time, I'll probably stay elsewhere. But if you're not prepping for a colonoscopy, I'm sure this is a great place to stay!

We are very sorry to hear that you did not receive your room type that you booked. We had unforeseen maintenance issues and were sold out of that type of suite. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Family trip
This is a very clean hotel. Room was spacious and enjoyable. Staff is friendly. The shower was the highlight of our stay though, it had amazing water pressure was fantastic. Don't miss this place.

The only concern we had was a pan handler that walked up upon us as soon as we pulled up to the front doors asking for help. When we told him we were unable to help him proceeded to follow us inside the lobby cursing at us. There should be preference to the type of bed offered. Our bed was too firm.

We brought our 9 lb Yorkie with us during our stay at the hotel. The entire time, she was finding bits of food under the couch, the bed, the dishwasher, the air conditioner…we were constantly having to monitor her. I gave the hotel a low rating on cleanliness for that reason.

I checked in on thanksgiving.. It was somewhat busy, and you know next day blk Friday again BUSY.... THE front desk clerk remembered me by name, eye contact, and very kind...She was great I appreciate being addressed by my name it was personable. I checked out before 10am. Lobby was FULL....THANKS for grest staff i will come back.

Getting Sloppy
After checking in and entering the room, I could see the blind was broken from the door, and it turned out to be stuck open. The room phone didn’t work so I returned to the lobby to report both issues. The MOD offered to move me to another room, but after checking the computer said he’d come up and fix the blind. By this time it’s after 9pm, I’d driven 9 hours, and told the manager I didn’t want to wait around for an hour. An hour later someone showed up who was able to close it but not fix it. In the meantime I discovered the safe wasn’t working (probably a battery issue) and there was a flickering ceiling light. I’ve stayed here at least a dozen times when I come to Indy to visit my grandbaby and have never had a problem. This is flat-out inattentiveness and deferred maintenance. I’m going to look for someplace else next visit. Oh, and no apology or offer of compensation.

Can’t believe there is a dishwasher and full size refrigerator. Also the amenities such as free water and a couple of granola bars too. The carpet in the halls and rooms appears to be brand new and love that there is a gas fireplace outside and market lighting. Finally the front door is decorated for fall which is a very nice touch!
