Conveniently located near amenities, freeways, restaurants, and shopping, this 4-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom haven comfortably accommodates 8 guests with 4 queen beds. Enjoy high-speed WiFi and a workstation with a monitor for productivity. Indulge in home-like comforts with a stocked kitchen, essential toiletries, and fresh linens, along with laundry facilities and central AC/heating. Entertainment awaits with three 4K HDR Roku SMART TVs, while outdoor gatherings are made easy with a 5-burner grill. The master bedroom boasts an en-suite bathroom and a Roku TV, while the remaining bedrooms offer cozy queen beds.

There is a doorbell camera and camera facing the driveway. This is for your and our security/safety. THESE ARE THE ONLY CAMERAS ON THIS PROPERTY.

Guest Checkout is 10 AM. All guests and personal property must be off the premises no later than 10 AM the day of departure as your entry code will no longer be valid.

Leave all used beds alone! ( Please do not remake your beds. It gets confusing for our cleaning staff).
Leave all used bathroom towels in a pile on the bathroom floor.
Please run the dishwasher with all dirty dishes.
Please take all garbage out to the provided dumpster.
Turn off all the lights.
Make sure all doors and windows are completely closed and locked.

✔ Grill must be cleaned, covered, and propane tank CLOSED after every use (Penalty: $35)
✔ Checkout is at 10am. Late checkout is only available with 48 hour notice and approval- $75. Late checkout without approval (Penalty: $100)
✔ Do not remove anything from the house including consumable products ($20/ consumable product)
