  • Best place to stay in Indianapolis. Close proximity to the airport, all major hospitals, entertainment places, restaurants and the famous Indy 500 Motor Speedway race course.

    We offer 3 fully furnished bedrooms, maximum of 2 occupants per room. House is equipped with central heating, air conditioning, laundry, fast internet serivice and TVs in all bedrooms and living room.


    We offer a gym facility for an extra minimal fee, free full use of our fully equipped kitchen and grill for your cooking and food preparation needs.

Super friendly

The owners were very friendly and attentive to our every need, checking in several times to make sure we were comfortable and had all we needed to have a good stay, The beds are very comfortable and the bathrooms were both well stocked and clean. We were there for awhile so we used thae laundry facilities as well and had no issues whatsoever. I would absolutely consider staying here again.

FAMILY FUN

Our host was kind, helpful, and patient with me, as I didn't read the message he sent, but he was not bothered by my mistake. My kids visited with us and we were all happy about the house. The neighborhood is great. I wish I could live on that block. Everything needed is close by including the interstate. We loved our stay, it could not have been better. Thank you so much and continue your great hosting. I hope to there again.

Very quiet and nice

The house was very quiet and kept pretty nice. The only negative I would say was we only had one spot in the drive open because there was a van parked there the whole time. We only had one vehicle so it wasn't terrible, but if we had another vehicle it would have been a problem since there was nowhere else to park I would stay there again!

Short stay in Indy

The house was very nice. Three bedrooms with good mattresses. Two nice full bathrooms. Kitchen met our needs as we were not there for any meals. It had the very basics with nice appliances. We have stayed in many rentals and never once have we been called by the owner/manager prior to our stay. We were also met at the rental when we arrived by the owner/operator. It all turned out fine, he was very welcoming. I just was a new experience for us. There were not check out directions so hopefully we met the expectations when we left. We loved the location and will look into renting this house on future trips to Indy.

Adequate for our needs

We needed a home for a family of 4 adults for 4 nights. We were going to spend too much time in the accommodation, so we didn’t want a hotel. We weren’t going to be there so much that we wanted to spend vacation type money. The house had 3 bedrooms, 2 baths and a kitchen. It had enough variety on the tv to give us down time. Now for the things we weren’t as pleased with. The showers weren’t hot enough and you had to work to get the water to come out. One of the bathrooms was not cleaned and the other had stains on the tub that make it look unclean. The living room furniture is really uncomfortable with boards where there shouldn’t be (in the seat) or no support where there should be. The master bed holds 2 people but creaked and sounded like plastic when anyone moved. There was one fork and a few spoons. We couldn’t have had dinner there unless we went out and supplied the flatware. All in all… adequate, but not somewhere we will stay next time we are in Indy. Perhaps those there for the 500 aren’t as worried about being there and it fits them better.
