The unit itself was phenomenal! So clean and had every possible amenity needed! We loved the game systems and small pool table! The layout with 2 bedrooms, trundle bed and 2 bathrooms was perfect for our family! There was k-cups, dish detergent, laundry detergent, etc that was a very nice surprise! The beds were SO comfortable! We even looked at the tag of the sheets and had them ordered and waiting at our house for when we got home they were SO incredibly soft! The host was the most responsive host we have ever encountered! We couldn't figure out the wifi when we first got there. We messaged the host and she responded almost immediately then was sure to even follow up after it was fixed to ensure it remained working! She checked on us and our needs daily and was phenomenal! Every step of the stay, including parking, building amenities, check out, etc. was so wonderfully laid out in these pdf's she sent us and made every step of the way easy peasy! I have to give a 5 star due to all mentioned above! The road in front of the unit was under construction which added some noise and the area and remainder of the building was a little run down and weary. However, the host and unit made it all worth it!

My wife and I were attending a concert downtown, along with another couple and we were originally going to get two hotel rooms. We can across this spot and it worked out very well, plus allowed us more time to visit before and after the concert. Conveniently located near many great restaurants and places of interest. Host was great to deal with.

Thank you for allowing us to stay in your place. For the most part we had a “just ok”stay, we did have a couple of issues.1. We had difficulty locating the parking garage and the actual building where we would be staying. We also didn’t know that the parking garage was across the street from the building so we had to lug all of our luggage across the street.2. It wasn’t clear where we were supposed to enter the code to enter the lobby of the building.3. Exiting the parking garage was a bit challenging. Our ticket slipped down in the dashboard of our car and it was really frustrating trying to exit. This delayed us getting to an event on our first evening.4. Only one elevator was working during our stay. On the second day the only working elevator got stuck and we had to climb 3 flights of stairs. All of the other guests in the lobby were confused and we weren’t give any direction from the front desk person as to where the stairs were. We just had to figure it out.5. The listing for the condo advertised that it sleeps 7. There was only one king bed and one double bed. I reached out to the host and was advised that there was a trundle bed underneath the double bed. There was not enough room in bedroom to pull out the trundle, so that was unfortunate. The trundle bed was also stuck so we couldn’t use it if we wanted to. Thankfully we brought our own air mattress where two of our older kids slept out in the living area. Our youngest had to sleep in the king bed
