The house was so cozy but yet spacious. The fenced yard was perfect for the dogs. She had everything you could need. I was able to make cake for the family Christmas party. I loved it and would definitely stay here again.

Our stay at Cozy Cottage

My husband and I, along with my in-laws, stayed at the Cozy Cottage for our son’s graduation from IU. It was just as described, nice and cozy, with everything you could possibly think of there for you. We just needed a few groceries and our clothes and that was it! It wasn’t too far of a drive to the University for the graduation, about 45 min. There is a plaza very close with a grocery store that has everything you could possibly need. Communication with the owner is very easy, she is very helpful and quick to respond to any questions we had. All in all a great stay!

Cozy Cottage Was a Godsend.

After retiring in October, we moved to Indianapolis to be nearer family, especially our grandchildren. We needed a place to stay while we searched for a house to buy, and luckily Julie's Cozy Cottage was available. We were very comfortable for the nearly three months we were there, with everything we needed. We especially enjoyed nature-watching in the large back yard and the awesome fire pit. Julie and Todd were very responsive when anything was needed. We'd recommend Cozy Cottage to anyone traveling to Indy!

Home away from home

We spent almost 4 months at this property and Julie and family were wonderful hosts. The house is very comfortable, clean, fully stocked and with great back yard which is very important if you have a pet. The house is equipped with a state of the art security system although the house is in a very safe area. The location is close to medical, stores and restaurants and all activities in the Greenwood and Center Grove areas. Highly recommend this property.

Perfect country home!

We were in town to do some house hunting. We didn’t know anything about Indiana and this house was in the perfect location. Country feel but close to amenities! Julie was beyond accommodating and very communicative. She left toys for my 3 kids to play with and there were even snacks, milk, and other misc. stocked in the fridge upon our arrival. The property gives plenty of room for kiddos to roam and play. Definitely will be staying here again!

Family friendly

We had to make a trip to the area for a funeral and the home owner was amazing at answering our questions promptly and making sure we had everything we needed. The house made a difficult trip so much more bearable with giving us space to spread out and get school work done and cook our meals in a comfy environment. They had plenty of toys and books to keep us all entertained.

Homey feel

We (me, my husband, and mother-in-law) came into town for a Christmas get together for the weekend with two of our adult children, son-in-law, and grandkids. This place was perfect for that. Plenty of seating and room. Julie set up the back bedroom with 3 twin beds for the kids which was great for them, we slept on the queen beds, and one daughter slept on the couch. The beds were all comfortable. She also has a very stocked kitchen for cooking your own meals and even has various food items and snacks for your stay. We will very likely stay again when coming for a visit and family get together.

Cozy Cottage

We booked this house due to a soccer tournament just a few minutes away which made this location perfect for us! There was plenty of space for our family of 4 and plenty of activities to do inside and out. Julie was wonderful to work with and helped make our stay wonderful. The fridge and cabinets were stocked with snacks and breakfast items which prevented us from having to go to the store for much at all! All the information about the property was helpful. Unfortunately, due to our schedule we didn't get to enjoy the outside very much, but will keep this property in mind for any future trips.

Fun cottage to get away from the city!

My cousin and I took our significant others and pups with us to get away for a weekend. We live next to Louisville so it was nice to get away from the city and enjoy central Indiana. We are all Hoosiers so it was nice to find this places just a hour and half away. The place is fully stocked in the kitchen and bathroom! So many small things that we forgot but we found what we needed in the kitchen. The house is just a short drive from many breweries wineries and restaurants. a Kroger is just a few minutes down the road which makes it very nice. The best part about the place and me and my cousin agreed that it's the big fireplace and all the firewood you can burn. The grills out back was a nice to have because we love to cook. We seriously can't wait to go back later this fall. So you love the outdoors as much as we do you'll love this backyard and cozy little cottage. Go Hoosiers!
