Apartment was very nice , however there a street light right out side the living room area window that directly shines thru, no matyer what you do if you are sleeping in that area you cannot dim it down at all.

Clean and great location,

The place was clean, comfortable and in a great neighborhood. Lots of good restaurants and easy to walk to many places. The unit we were in was a bit noisy at night b/c it was right on a busy corner. I also found the hot water a little unreliable.

Amazing location

We absolutely loved our stay. As others have said, the apartment is small but the space is configured well and perfect for two people. The location cannot be topped. We walked every direction as it is truly in the center of everything. Safe and convenient neighborhood.

Location. Location. Location

My husband and I stayed 2 nights. We came into town for a concert at the Lovely White River State Park. The apartment is cozy, but the space is used very well. We could never get the wifi working, BUT the owners were very responsive to our questions. We didn't pursue the issue because we were only home to sleep and didn't need the wifi. So many things are within walking distance. We felt so lucky to have chosen our location. We had dinner around the corner at a seafood place called Salt on Mass (WONDERFUL Ol' Fashion and Sea Bass - doesn't open until 4:30). We also ordered pizza at midnight and it was a 4 minute walk to pick it up. There are so many city scooters you can rent to take you places, but we didn't' need them. We did realize we could have rode a scooter to the Amphitheater in White River Park, instead of taking an Uber. We did buy the parking pass for the lot behind the apartment building, and we were glad we did it. I would stay here again and highly recommend this VRBO.

Perfect Grandparent Pad

We chose this stay for our Indy home while babysitting our 2-1/2 and 9 month old grandsons while their parents attended a concert weekend in Noblesville. We parked once and were able to walk to plenty of family friendly attractions. Unit was clean and centrally located to food, drink and attractions.

In town for show at the Jazz Kitchen

This was our 4th trip to Indy for a show at the Jazz Kitchen. First time, we were at the Nestle Inn, just behind this property. While it was a nice place, it did not have all the amenities of Minton. We love the location and this apartment unit was everything we needed and more. It was clean, spacious and the kitchen was a bonus. Word to the wise: if you have heavy luggage or a cooler, make two trips as there is no elevator. We enjoyed our stay and will rebook when back in town.

Great find in Indianapolis close to everything

We chose to stay here during a convention instead of a hotel. It was a great choice. Clean, centrally located, a short Uber ride to the convention center. Better priced than hotels and Much More Comfortable. Things I loved: the views from every angle, the comfort, the couch that becomes a bed if you choose to lay down to watch a movie. We didn’t cook but everything was there if needed. The apartment is angled to the street and they did a great job maximizing space. There are two small sets of carpeted stairs with no elevator to get to the second floor. There is a back door that makes exiting to the parking lot easier. We were greeted by a bunny in the cute little courtyard. A word to the wise it is a busy neighborhood and the windows are thin so you can hear the music playing on motorcycles and the beer pedal tables as they roll through the streets. Many sirens on Saturday night but after that it was a little more quiet. For those who appreciate pride events it is a good location. The property managers are kind and so quick to respond to every question. GREAT PLACE TO STAY!

Good location to downtown Indy

Well located corner unit on 2nd floor. We were disappointed the bed was a double instead of a queen. But it suited our needs well enough.

Great location

This was a really good property literally directly on Mass Avenue. Was in town for a convention. Uber to LOS was only $6. Walked back each day and it took about 25 minutes. Restaurants everywhere. Host was accessible, entry easy. Highly recommend, will stay again if opportunity presents itself.

Great location

The unit was an unusual layout, but that gave us a bunch of great windows overlooking the activity on/around Mass Ave. Super convenient to shops & restaurants, fun to walk to the Circle & check out the interesting architecture there.

Fantastic location! Fantastic flat!

Located right in the heart of Indy and all of the action! Walking distance to so many restaurants and shops. Very clean! Everything appeared to be new. Highly recommend this place! Wife and I loved it!
