My husband and I stayed here for the weekend. The house was in a great location with access to walking trails and parks. Just 30 minutes from the airport & 15 min from the children’s museum. Master bedroom had a firm mattress which we found very comfortable. It was also very clean and had everything we needed for our infant (pack n play, tub, etc). The homeowners were very communicative and kind. They even had complimentary snacks for guests, which was really thoughtful. Would stay here again and highly recommend!

Very nice property

Loved our stay here. The neighborhood is excellent, easy walk to. Broad Ripple. Very convenient if u have a student at Butler University. House was also clean and as described.

Clean, Cozy and Charming!

We were so happy with our stay. This was our first VRBO experience and we couldn’t have been more pleased. The house was so clean and well stocked, the rooms were super cozy and the decor was on point. Would definitely book again!

Cute, clean and great location!

We loved our stay at this adorable home! Well cared for—the house was clean and cozy. The location was perfect, making it easy to explore the area while still having a peaceful retreat to come back to. Everything was just as described, and we couldn’t have asked for a more perfect spot for our trip. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again.

Perfect location!

The location was perfect for our weekend in Indy - easy walk to Broad Ripple and quick drive to Butler and downtown. The house was clean and cozy and had everything we needed, and our 5-year-old loved the animal-themed decor :)

Family reunion

We had a great time at this house. It was perfect for our family of 5 while we moved 2 of our kids into college. The house had everything we needed and was spotless. We definitely would stay here again and highly recommend this house. Perfect location as well.

Lovely stay in Broad Ripple

We had a wonderful stay in Broad Ripple. The home was clean and ready for us to when we arrived. The location was perfect for our needs. We had a nice walk to the village and we even enjoyed using the bikes for a ride in the Monon trail. The air conditioning was perfect for our summer stay.

This was perfect, exceeded expectations. Everything you'd want, from great communication to all the little things. We've tried many different places in Indianapolis and this was by far the best. I'd definitely want to stay here again.

Great proximity to the Monon bike trail and BRIC's ice cream shop

Very cute house with historic charm. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen is small, but we didn't mind as we only used it for beverages and keeping leftovers cold in the frig from dinners out. The bathroom is nice with two sinks on the main floor. The basement is slightly musty and small. We didn't use it at all because there were only two of us staying in the house. It was nice to have bikes available for use on the monon bike trail. It's only a block to the East. Great location if you want to spend time in Broadripple. Easy walking distance to many restaurants.

Location can’t be beat if you love a stroll on the Monon and the Broad Ripple area. We enjoyed our stay in this quaint adorable blue house. Hosts were great with communication.

Excellent neighborhood!

We loved staying in Broad Ripple. It was just down the street from our son’s townhouse which made it so convenient. The house was cozy and comfortable. Perfect for our weekend in Indy!

Broad Ripple/Indy Weekend

We stayed at this adorable house for 3 nights while visiting our daughter who is attending grad school at UIndy. The house is in the perfect location to see our daughter in SoBro, visit the restaurants and bars in Broad Ripple and take a quick ride to downtown Indy. The house was very clean and the decor is adorable!
