The property is VERY run down for the prices. It is dated and needs remodeling. The sheets were old and torn, towels dirty. Room was poorly cleaned and the bathroom floor was dirty. Would not recommend or go back.

The carpet had red stains all over it. The sheets were clearly dirty - makeup on them. The bathroom floor was visibly dirty. The front desk staff was rude and clearly did not want to answer any questions re: the bldg. Breakfast ends at 9am when check out is at 11, clearly discouraging you from getting up early just to eat

Great spot for an extended stay. Stayed for about 3 months and had no issues with anything. Only thing id suggest is that they add a sort of grit/grip to the bath tub. It can sometimes become slick.

Unfortunately I can not say I liked much, it was an older facility which nothing wrong with that if proper upkeep is done. It looked like they had to regrout the bathroom tile and it was done poorly and the mess was just left. The bathtub/shower was not that clean. I should not have to clean something before I use it. 1 bed the sheets were stained and the other had holes in them. The fire alarm in my room didn't even work. If it wasn't 3 a.m. I would or maybe even should have found other accommodations. When it was time to check out I couldn't find anyone took over 5 minutes before someone came up and told me to just put the key cards in a basket. Overall, it was a poor score and I won't be going back.

Everything was excellent. The price for what I received was excellent. Check in was easy and front desk person was very personable. The room was very clean and comfortable. I was close to the elevator, so I thought it might be a little noisy. However, it was extremely quiet in the room. The only thing I would recommend is having a mat or some form of non-slippery surface for the shower.

When I checked in at 2:30 I was told the internet was down but the guy was coming in an hour. 6 hours later I went down to check about internet. The same guy said “he’ll be here in an hour” I told him that’s what he said when I checked in! This morning there was still no internet. It wasn’t a terrible hotel but no internet sucked!

There was a strong smell of mildew in the lobby when I arrived follow by a very strong smell of chlorine for the next day. The room was clean and comfortable but the hallways really needed vacuuming. The pool smelled of very strong choline and the tile around it had a Sandy and salty feeling. The pool area was very dimly lit and that made it seem uncomfortable. I had limited interaction with any staff but when I did, they were friendly and helpful. I stayed at this hotel 3 years ago and I had a 5 star review so I was surprised to find it in a negative state this time.

The guy that checked us in was great! He was extremely helpful and polite. I don’t know how much he’s being paid but I’m sure it’s not enough. Treat him well because you don’t find many people like him. The man working this morning doesn’t seem as friendly. I asked for towels and the guy didn’t even break a smile. Customer service with a smile is important in a place like this.

Nice and clean decent breackfast, but the back door was kept open and not shut to where you had to use your card to get in. Anyone could have walked in the back door I made sure to dead bolt my room door. It sucked that the pool was down.
