This memorable place is anything but ordinary. We’re a mile from I74 exit.
This is a 2000 square foot house with a great room that towers to 14’ ceilings. Two large bedrooms with large walk in closets for extra dressing space. View from kitchen windows overlooks a forest of 100 trees. (And we’re in town!) Fully furnished kitchen to prepare your meals. You’ll find a beautiful park across the road with miles of wooded walking trails and a lot to explore. Lots of parking. Easy access.

The space
The rental property offers a large kitchen- dining- family room area with 14’ ceilings.
There’s dining seating for 10 (plus a few more)

The kitchen is stocked with lots of cooking supplies. There are a few staple items available for cooking.

Plenty of empty drawers and cabinets in the kitchen for storing your food supplies.
Trash is in pull out cabinet across from sink.

You’ll sleep in 2 bedrooms. Bedroom 1 includes two queen sized beds. Bedroom two has a king and one double bed.
Extra pillows and blankets are included.
There’s a walk in closet in each bedroom for dressing and storing clothes.
Feel free to use the dressers for storage- or the dresser tops for suitcase access.
Blinds are room Darkening.

The bathroom is stocked with soaps- linens- and additional necessities.
It also includes a bench for a changing area. Hair dryer included.

The Landry room has a washer- dryer-iron and board. Within this room
Is an extra toilet.

There are 2 coded locked doors. These areas are not accessible. One is storage and the other goes into a garage.

Please park on the marked concrete pad outside of the rental.
We ask that you stay in the rental area and do not wander on the homeowner’s property.

You’ll find some games and books on corner unit in living area. There is also an additional storage pantry where our supplies are kept.

Mop and broom can be found in utility room and some additional cleaning supplies under kitchen sink.

Take advantage of the Blue River Park across the road- miles of trails- pickleball- splash park- soccer fields- baseball fields- river- playground- etc
(Airbnb keeps putting this listing in a lake category- there is no lake nearby but there is a river!)

Guest access
Guests have access to a large parking area right in front of the Airbnb.

Other things to note
Unfortunately no pets are allowed on our property.

Guests must stay in their property area and not wander onto adjoining properties. However- there’s a great park across the road with picnic areas- playground- splash park- walking trails-pickleball- soccer- baseball- RIVER (not a lake) access- and more!
