Carly was the most gracious and thoughtful host that we could have ever asked for at a VRBO. She inquired about our favorite things and set up her home for us to have a lovely personalized day for the weekend of our wedding. Not only did she have local treats—she had personalized items made for us, and had bottled Coke and Dr Pepper delivered in the middle of the evening… There’s nothing I love more on earth than those and came in so clutch while I relaxed and while got ready for my wedding. Carly‘s home is so cozy and the backyard was sizable enough for us to casually hang out with visiting family members and stay warm around her giant gas fire pit.We love to eat out in this area, but on the two days that we had free we just rested at Carly‘s home—we had food delivered to just spend more time there, because that’s how nice the vibes are.I can’t recommend Carly‘s graciousness and the beauty and comfort of her home more if you are looking for a place in the area or having a group together in her backyard. Absolutely magical.

Beautiful Bungalow

Carly was a fantastic host! She was very responsive and kind. She checked in on us throughout our stay and made sure we felt comfortable. The house was very tastefully decorated. The bedrooms were very comfortable between the bedding and pillows. We loved having the outdoor area to hangout and eat our meals. I would definitely stay here again!

A wonderful experience. The host Carly is amazing. Loved the personal note and treats she left at check in. The house is so charmingly decorated. The backyard is magical and relaxing our family loved the swings. Perfect location to dining and activities. We would stay again if we are back in Indy.

Very well maintained and cute property. We enjoyed the outdoor space with the tv, grill, picnic table and chair swings. The front porch was also a nice place to sit. The beds are comfortable and the water pressure in the bathrooms is great. The location is a quiet neighborhood that we found convenient to get to any location in Indianapolis. We were there to attend a Fever game and it was quite easy to get to Gainbridge Fieldhouse. Carly (the hostess) is so very nice and quick to answer questions and offer suggestions. You should definitely have breakfast at Mama’s and enjoy the many breweries in the area. We had a great stay and all agreed we would come back. The listing does say there is a hot tub but we didn’t see one - that is the only thing I found inaccurate. All told, 10/10 stay!

Great place for a friend’s getaway!

The property was absolutely perfect! Our host was gracious and thought of everything, even down to the personalized notes around the house to help us get acclimated. The house was a perfect location close to everything. The Broad Ripple community had so much to offer. I really cannot say enough good things about this place! Thank you for everything!!

Swifties in Broad Ripple

We had the most incredible stay at this beautiful property! From the moment we walked in, we were blown away by the design and decor—every detail felt thoughtfully curated, making it such a visually stunning and comfortable space. The house was even better than the photos, with gorgeous furnishings, cozy spots to relax, and everything we needed for an unforgettable stay. We were in town for the Taylor Swift concert, and the owner went above and beyond to make our experience extra special. She left personalized touches and little surprises that made the whole weekend feel magical. It was clear she truly cared about making our stay memorable. If you’re looking for a stylish, welcoming place with a fantastic host, this is it. We can’t wait to come back and experience it all over again. Highly recommend!

Best Bugalow in Broad Ripple

Having used to live in Broad Ripple, staying here felt like coming home. Carly goes above and beyond to make sure you enjoy your stay. The house is comfortable, clean, and has more amenities than you can list. Highly recommend!

Cozy and welcoming

This was our second stay at this lovely home. Carly is so welcoming and easy to communicate with. We all love spending time outdoors in the egg chairs. It is nice to be able to walk down the street to the park playground. The home is clean and comfortable. Our whole family enjoyed our stay.

Perfect Stay

This Stay was very comfortable. The home was very clean and tidy. The host was very easy to get a hold of. We had two small children who really enjoyed the outside back yard. The host thought of everything and we had a perfect stay.

Perfect Butler Graduation Weekend!

This property provided the perfect backdrop to celebrate my daughter's graduation weekend. Every detail is accounted for making for a charming and cozy retreat. From personalized welcome gifts and directions for use of tvs, fireplace, etc., to the comfortable beds (with water bottles placed on the side stands) and the lovely outdoor space, Carly has created an oasis. She also checked in via text to make sure we had everything we needed, and was prompt to confirm any question we had. I highly recommend this property. We will use it again ourselves when back in Indy. Thank you, Carly!

Fabulous time in Broad Ripple!

We had a great time staying at this property! It was a super convenient location for us to get to Butler to see our son and to get to Broad Ripple's fantastic shops and restaurants. Carly's place is beautiful, clean and had everything we needed! She was very attentive and available if we needed anything and even left us some AMAZING popcorn and other treats! I would highly recommend staying here! She made it so easy.

Perfect holiday host

From the moment we booked, the host was warm and welcoming! The lovely property felt like home away from home for our family Thanksgiving celebration. The host spoiled us with treats and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed for a fantastic stay! I would definitely stay here again! Teen granddaughter’s fall break visit to Indianapolis

My family and I were in town to visit some friends of our teenage granddaughter. We had the good fortune to select this charming cottage home in the Broad Ripple neighborhood of Indianapolis. It was so very cozy and welcoming. This home has a beautifully decorated backyard for relaxing. It also has an entertainment room in the basement with a large tv and bar. The kids had a great time playing card games down stairs while it rained. Our gracious host, Carly provided snacks and soft drinks for our teen and her friends. Carly was very communicative and responsive to all our questions and concerns. We would definitely like to stay here on our next visit.

Adorable House

Came for our 6th Gen Con and this was the best VRBO we've had in 6 years. Carly does an amazing job on every angle. The house was straight up magical. Great beds, really good water pressure, solid tables (could use one more! I am a board gamer though most people would be ultra pleased.) The neighborhood is cozy, the kind of place that coming of age movies were filmed in the 90s. Its also close to literally dozens of places to eat. We ate at 317 Burger and Flatwater at Carly's recommendation and they were incredible. I hope none of you book this place before me next year because if I have my way my crew will stay here every year for Gen Con. Truly a special owner and an excellent property.

Perfect

We were in town for the Indy 500. Everything was as described. The charm of the home is just delightful. Our family was very comfortable. The home owner went above and beyond. She included small toiletries and welcomed us with amazing popcorn made locally and wine. The beds were very comfortable and the backyard was like a getaway. No bugs except butterflies.

Butler Graduation Weekend

Carly is an amazing host and has created the perfect vacation get away! Her house is charming and immaculate The front porch and back patio are perfect for hanging out with a cup of coffee or a cocktail. We had breakfast on the back patio and then dessert around the fire. Carly is an excellent communicator. She checked in daily and was available for questions at all times. The neighborhood is quiet but close to Broadripple. Carly added little touches to welcome our family and our graduate. I wish we could have stayed longer!

Weekend getaway

Super amazing host. She has truly went above and beyond to make you sure you have an awesome experience. Outside is charming wish it was a little warmer to use the back patio. Inside she has put love into decorations. Everything you need is provided. Great location.

Fabulous Cottage Oasis

A true Gem....This beautiful home located in the Broadripple area was perfect for indoor/outdoor entertaining and close to many restaurants and shops.. One of the best VRBO experiences I’ve had

Lovely home and a host who really cares, and prepares! Not a single negative …. Would definitely stay here again. The back yard is as enticing as the photos. Perfect spot for a family gathering. The house was spotless and well organized. The welcoming gifts, including wine and a giant tub of gourmet flavored popcorn, were much appreciated. This is how all VRBO owners should aspire to operate.

Beautiful, quaint home with a special touch!

This home was perfect for our family of four. We loved the inviting outdoor spaces and Carly’s charming interior/exterior design. The generous welcome tray of goodies with a personalized note was an added surprise. Our host checked in daily via text and communication was kind, clear and prompt. Great location that is within walking distance or a short drive to many quality restaurants. Our family only has positive things to say about our experience, and we are grateful to have created wonderful memories in this home.
