I was very impressed by the cold water available for us in the fridge and the snack bags on the table! While the home is a bit older and the bathroom can be a tight fit the living room and dining areas were plenty large for hanging out. Mavis the host was very attentive and helped when there was an error in Vrbo sending out the lock code for us to check in. The drive to downtown Indianapolis was surprisingly short and very convenient.

Mavis was awesome and made sure we were well informed of the arrival and taken care of when had questions. The house was a little bit dated but the appliances and fixtures were well updated. Overall nice stay.

First - Mavis was an excellent communicator and facilitator and also immediately addressed a small issue we experienced. The property was ideal for our weekend needs, located proximate to downtown, airport and the speedway. Also nearby (walkable) food options. The house was clean, the beds were comfortable and the shower was fine (although the bathroom is tight quarters). Additional seating in living room, bedroom chair and front porch is needed. Kitchen had updated appliances & Keurig coffee maker but no dishwasher. More kitchen tune-up would help (handles on drawers, basic condiments & spices, more tableware). Overall we were pleased with our stay and the condition of the property - just as advertised. Thank you, Mavis.
