"The home was very nicely decorated, very clean and in a great location at the end of a street. The backyard is very beautiful where you can hang out and enjoy being outside. The game room is a great touch and would have been used more if we would have been in town longer. Enough space for our family. Great and quick communication by property owner/manager. Location was close to University of Evansville where we spent most of our time for baseball."

"The property worked for me and my older son, he was having sugery at the nearby hospital so we needed a place in Evansville to stay for him to recooperate. The place was clean, the neighborhood was old but safe. Howver, the property needs some TLC."
