Room was clean and well decorated. Very comfortable. Only bummer was very late service (after 5pm) on one day of my stay. Pool scene was less than to be desired. Over-served, obnoxious guests. Very slow F&B service at the pool. Needed more attention to cleaning up after guests when they left. Lots of used towels, service items and trash. Restaurant is great in every way.

This resort is an absolute gem! The hospitality is second to none, the pool is ideal for relaxing, and the rooms are spotless and comfortable. The Pink Cabana Restaurant offers superb dining. Best of all, everything was good value. Never grabby, and no silly extra charges. We have already recommended to friends, and we’ll definitely be back. Special thanks to Liz who made us feel like VIP’s for our entire stay!

Me and my cousin had a great time here. We came for a relaxing day and that is just what we received. A day by the pool lounging with our books. My cousin is in med school and she is on spring break so I wanted her to have one day/night where she wasn't studying for her next test and I forced her to come out with me and she loved it. She even said how relaxed she felt and not once did she pick up her study guide while we were there. The pool is such a cute and relaxing spot, the music creates such a vibe and makes you feel like if you looked over you could be sitting next to the greats like Frank Sinatra, Hank Williams, Ella Fitzgerald or even Elvis Presley. We loved that it was adults only because it just created that peaceful nature we wanted. The poolside service was awesome and the burger we had was delicious. The staff was very nice and gives you suggestions if you are wondering what to order. We did also hear some guests the talking about how they heard the beds were uncomfortable we didn't think so and in fact knocked out pretty quickly once our heads hit the pillows. The pillows were a little uncomfy but once I folded it in half to make it a little thicker I was fine my cousin didnt have that issue. Thank you for creating a peaceful experience for us and most importantly a super relaxing experience.

We enjoyed our two night stay at the Sands. Such Beautiful grounds and a wonderful swimming pool. We will come back again. A few things missed the mark. The bathroom lighting is poor. It was hard to see to apply ones make -up. The bath products were not the brand that was advertised. They were very stinky. The restaurant had an excellent breakfast but the service was slow and inattentive. We certainly enjoyed our stay but were disappointed in a few things. Overall a great getaway experience.

Beautiful designed hotel with retro feel. Comfortable bed and spacious room. All the staff I met were very attentive and friendly. Nice bathroom products and nothing was too much trouble. Would definitely recommend this hotel, especially it’s close proximity to the Indian Wells tennis tournament

The property and rooms here are beautiful. The pool has plenty of space to lounge in both sun and shade. The poolside food/drink service was appreciated. I had a prenatal massage and it was relaxing. Overall I think the hotel and spa services are overpriced. No sauna or steam room or hot springs or anything really special to warrant the high nightly rates.

Great staff, room is a bit old but still great. Very private, the restaurant in the hotel is amazing and the spa is also pretty nice. Overall had a great time.
