Lovely mid century

We had a lovely stay at this mid century, modern home. The backyard was stunning with all the foliage, palm trees south facing mountain, large heated, pool and hot tub. The golf cart was a great addition. Easy access. Margot, the owner and Kevin responded immediately with any questions or concerns. I look forward to returning to this little piece of paradise.

Tennis Paradise

We stayed here while enjoying the Indian Well’s BNP Paribas Tournament. Our stay was lovely and the host was so kind responding to any questions we had. The property is paradise. The decor and setting are spectacular. Wonderful neighborhood to walk around. We look forward to staying at the property in the future!

Nice house great neighborhood

We enjoyed the house, we had minor problems with a couple things not working but the owner tried to get things fixed. We were disappointed that the golf cart is inoperable, we hadn’t been informed. Also the hot tub is not in the ground with the pool, it is above ground

Desert Memories

Wonderful home , the set up allows for privacy and quiet when you want it , and can all be together too. Comfortable , and the kitchen has everything one might need . The salt water pool was all the entertainment we needed. We have stayed before and hope to stay again .

Fantastic

Loved staying at Margot's elegant home, so beautiful and serene! Her place is provisioned with everything you could possibly need. Location was perfect too, amenities nearby, and only a quick drive to downtown Palm Desert. Margot was super friendly, easily accessible and quick to respond when needed. We hope to book Margot's place again very soon!

Paradise in Indian Wells

Our stay was better than expected. The host was super in communication and the house itself was better than the pictures. The view from the back yard is specular I couldn't help thinking I was in some far away Island with all the Palm Trees and mountain views. I would definitely stay here again and longer that 2 months next time.

Indian Wells Gem

We had the most wonderful month long stay in Margot’s incredible Indian Wells resort like home. The home was incredibly clean and stocked with everything you could imagine including an electric juicer to make fresh grapefruit juice from tree out back. The bedrooms and beds were so so comfortable and the living areas and porch were perfect for family and friend gatherings. I have rented a lot of VRBO homes and this one was the best! Hoping to come back again soon.

Beautiful location in Indian Wells, close to El Paseo restaurants and shopping. The neighborhood was friendly and a safe place to talk long powerwalks. The patio and the views are great, just like the pictures. Some of the patio furniture is probably due for replacement, but the location is tough to beat. The kitchen was well stocked. The layout of the house was very comfortable.

Beautiful home in Indian Wells

My husband and I had a wonderful month long stay in the home. The property is in a beautiful small neighborhood tucked away yet just off the main road. We really enjoyed the open layout with the focal point being the swimming pool in the center. The house was well equipped with everything we needed and then some. My husband is an avid tennis player. He got a month membership at Indian Wells Tennis Garden for an affordable fee and he was in heaven. Plenty of restaurants and shopping within minutes of the home. If you want an oasis to come home to after a busy day yet close to all the amenities, this home is for you. We're looking forward to returning again soon.

Just wow. Gorgeous, quiet neighborhood. Beautiful house, STUNNING backyard. It was all I could have wanted. Margot was easy to reach when needed, and great to work with. I can't wait to come back!

Quiet and Great Pool

This is a nice property in a great central location to El Paseo on one end and La Quinta on the other. We had a good time enjoying the pool. Big and deep on one end which is good for kids safety if they dive or jump in. Nice graduated pool steps and tanning shelf. South facing location kept the pool warm enough to be refreshing. We only heated it once about 18 hours since the granddaughters were coming and wanted to swim at night. They loved it! Some nice days in the high 90's days kept it warm during the day. Bushes could be cut back on far side because you have to brush against them to walk around the pool. We really liked walking to the Thursday Cook Street Market and Don Diego's for dinner. Even walked to the Miramonte for breakfast (about 3 miles round trip) many mornings. Great oatmeal. The house has a great layout for family and guests. The guest bedroom with the two queens is a real plus. All the beds very comfortable. Love the way the house is separated into wings.. Don't know when the kitchen and laundry were remodeled but they are very nice. Kitchen was well equipped. There are some things that do need to be fixed, replaced or touched up but it didn't deter us from enjoying our time there. Fun to see the fruit left on the trees and growing already for next year. HVAC worked well and the TV's were easy to operate although there were not premium channels you could get Netflick, etc.

Fun MCM in Great Location

We had a great visit to Indian Wells in this mid-century modern home. The owner had it decorated for entertaining and our guests loved it. Oversized, delightful pool. The house has great flow with all the suites separated from each other. The host was very responsive and easy to get ahold of for any questions we had and when an unavoidable issue with the rental came up. Well-appointed kitchen for cooking and entertaining. A great location close to Hwy 111 but still quiet and private. Head to IW Coffee for great coffee and muffins 2 blocks away. We really enjoyed our stay!

Indian Wells hideaway

Well laid out property with the sleep wing separate from busy areas. I can imagine when the weather gets warmer this would be an excellent place to chill outside. The golf cart is a great addition to have some Palm Springs fun! Very very responsive owner really adds to the comfort of experience.

Great family vacation

Our family of four loved our stay at this property. The house is as shown in the pictures, is very clean, and everything is in working order. The neighborhood is very quiet and is close to many restaurants and stores. The kitchen has everything needed to prepare meals. The pool and backyard are fantastic and were enjoyed by everyone. It was very easy to communicate with the owner and she replied quickly to any questions we had. We recommend the house and would stay here again!
