"I will start with the positives -- which were numerous -- the house is gorgeous and well appointed. The elevator was a big help -- in arriving and packing up, as well as for more mature guests who had a challenge with the stairs. "Amazing! It would be the perfect place to sleep multiple families and we just had one. So much seating everywhere you looked; huge wraparound porches both uncovered and screened in. Pool was fantastic and clean, and the small neighborhood was quiet—most of the other houses were empty; so it was kind of like its own paradise. The beach was perfect, with a little notch cutout and perfect for the few houses. We saw 6 people total in our beach area the whole time. Will be staying here for many years...

"My wife and 4 children absolutely loved our stay at Hartley Haven. The house is essentially brand new. Incredibly clean, high-end appliances, great bathrooms/beds and the check-in/check-out process was a breeze. The views were incredible, and the covered pool was perfect for young kids. They supplied beach chairs, pool toys, a crab net and even small flashlights to find crabs at night. This was our first time staying in Cape San Blas after staying in Destin, San Destin, Rosemary beach for years....
