The staff are helpful when you pointed things out such as the water bottle left in the room was open and used, the shower soap dispenser was empty etc. The staff were quick to fix the issues. All in all, it is what you would expect from the property. It may be the region but the value/$ is low. The room cost around $250/night"

"We didn’t know the hotel was doing renovations so our hallway was very noisy with fans. The rugs were being shampooed and cleaned in any empty rooms and hallway. But it could have been worse. We did have breakfast one morning in their dining room which was very good. The hotel was within walking distance to the Gaffer District and other sites in the area, very accessible."

"Room was not clean. Stains on sheets and comforters. Floor dirty as well as tub. I complained but nothing was done. On the second night we were there I asked for my room to be cleaned during the day and it was not done. I asked for towels and washcloths 3 times before I got them. AC was turned off in the room when we arrived, and it took about 4 hours for our room to get cool. I will never stay at this hotel again."
