The space was clean. Had everything we needed. Close to restaurants and stores. Beds were comfortable, especially liked that they provided cotton sheets and not the awful microfiber sheets. Definitely a plus for me! .We also had a covered parking space. I wasn’t a fan of the decor or paint choices as others seem to be in their comments of this condo. Comforters and things were different than the pictures I could not tell the condo itself was recently renovated al all as advertised. But the outside of the building had definitely been repainted and updated. The pool and grill area was nice. The overall outside area was well cared for. Only issue we ran across was whoever was staying below us smoked constantly and made if difficult for us to enjoy the outside deck in the afternoons. Luckily we are early risers so we were able to enjoy it in the mornings . We had a nice week, the beach was great!

Loved the unit and location and we had a good experience. There was some renovation and painting of the building happening while we were there that was a bit inconvenient and less than ideal. However, management and the workers did an admirable job of minimizing impact to guests, which was very appreciated.

Best week!

We absolutely loved this location! We stayed for All-American games at Space Coast. I was worried it would be too far, but it was perfect. Normally for beach vacations I leave exhausted and this couldn’t have been further than the truth! The beach access is absolute perfection, the condo had every beach thing we needed! Not to mention the balcony views, the beach is sleepy and never once overcrowded. I cannot wait to return to this sweet little place.

Family trip

4th of July Family trip to visit our daughter & son-in-law that lives in the area. We enjoyed staying at Indian Harbor Beach club because of the location and the unit is very nice and clean. The property was just as it was described. We definitely will be back to stay here again. The booking process was very easy and the property manager was wondering and quick to respond with any questions.

Wonderful

The location and the condo were great. The bedrooms run a bit warmer than the living room, it was fine for me but my husband has to have it cold. Other than that, the previous occupants did not clean their dishes very well but I don't necessarily put that on the condo owners.

Clean condo, well appointed with amenities, so close to the beach! This is our 2nd year staying here and we absolutely love it! The host is responsive and kind! It really has the best view! Hope to return.

Beautiful Stay

The view from the condo was amazing and there was everything we needed. Plenty of space and perfect for my family with 2 kids. We loved the chairs and sand toys. The beach was also quiet. Highly recommend staying here!

We left our hearts in 207!

I cannot find the words to describe our family vacation for 2024. We were just in aww of everything! The one thing we miss already is the view. Waking up to nothing but a beautiful canvas of God’s endless creation! Everything we needed for the condo was available. Check in was a breeze as well as check out. Pictures don’t do any justice. You have to see to believe. Make the reservation and stay! You won’t regret it. We’ll be back again!

Spring break getaway

This place is amazing. The beach is right there, the pool was amazing. We love to cookout and they have a grill by the beach area. We will definitely stay here again and our family that saw it will rent as well. Fully suppled anything you needed for the beach! Thanks for a great stay!

Total relaxation

The unit was updated, clean, and everything worked. The entertainment options were unlimited. The beach was clean and very quiet as it was off season. I had no need to contact the manager. It was well stocked. No need to bring beach chairs or towels or sand toys. It was close to everything, shopping, dining, antique stores galore. The best time to go is in mid-May. At least for me. We saw 3 SpaceX launches from our balcony. Amazing.

Wonderful Experience

We had an extended stay on the property and found it just as advertised. The area is very low key and friendly, and the room was excellent. All the amenities you could ask for and a spectacular view. Watched the sunrise over the ocean every morning.

Magical Sunrises

Wow! My daughter and I had a wonderful Thanksgiving break at the Indian Harbour Beach Club. Everything was perfect from checking in and meeting the fabulous management team ( Cindy and Wendy were so friendly, welcoming and efficient) to the ease of checkout. You cannot get any closer to the water-even closer than the photos portray. The balcony is huge-we loved watching the sunrises every morning-no two sunrises were the same. The sound of the ocean was so relaxing. We had a lovely Thanksgiving meal at The Mansion and enjoyed a boat ride with the Good Natured Boat Tour. Everything was just perfect! We cannot wait to return. I would honestly come back just to relax on the balcony-it is that peaceful!! Thanks Cindy and Wendy!! We will see you again, Pam and Lexie

Amazing!!

Absolutely stunning views and perfect for a relaxing getaway. Easy shopping and great restaurants in the area. Also, from the balcony we were able to watch a SpaceX launch. Worth every penny, wish I could just live there!
