The Space:

Picture mornings that start with coastal breeze drifting across your private balcony, and evenings that end with a short stroll past local shops on your way back from the sand. This three-bedroom townhouse puts you minutes from the Atlantic while keeping you wrapped in the comfort of a full-size home.



Living space

The living room stretches out with soft sofas and a mounted flat-screen TV, giving everyone a comfortable spot to unwind after a day at the beach or pool. A private patio and an upper balcony both offer easy access to the outdoors, perfect for catching the coastal breeze with your morning coffee or winding down in the evening air. Upstairs, a game area with a foosball table gives the group something fun to do on a lazy afternoon.



Sleeping arrangements

The townhouse sleeps up to 8 guests across three bedrooms. The Master Bedroom features a King bed, Bedroom 2 also offers a King bed, and Bedroom 3 is set up with 2 bunk beds, making it a great fit for kids or extra guests. The living room adds further sleeping space with two sleeper sofas and one sleeper in the loft. Each bedroom is finished with coastal colors and textures that tie the whole home together.



Kitchen & dining

The kitchen is fully equipped for everything from quick breakfasts to full group dinners. A long center island, stainless steel appliances, and quartz countertops give you plenty of room to prep, while the dishwasher, oven, stove, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and blender cover the rest. Pots, pans, and cooking basics are on hand, along with dishes, silverware, and wine glasses for sit-down meals. A dining table seats the group together, and a BBQ grill plus outdoor furniture make it easy to take the meal outside.



Bathroom

There are 2.5 bathrooms in total. The Master Bedroom includes an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. Bathrooms throughout are stocked with shampoo, body soap, hair dryer, and hot water for a comfortable stay.



Location

This townhouse sits inside a gated community, within walking distance of the Atlantic Ocean beaches. Millennium Beach Park and Canova Park are both about a 15-minute walk away, with shops, cafes, and restaurants lining the route to the sand. For breakfast, Corey's Deli and Bagels is a short walk away, and you'll find seafood, steak, Italian, subs, and Mexican options nearby for lunch and dinner. Guests staying here also have access to the Fortebello Beachside community pool, complete with loungers and a pergola and cabana area, along with paths around the property's bass fishing pond for a relaxed stroll. Jet ski, kayak, and other boat rentals are available around the area, and grocery stores and shopping centers are within easy reach. The USSSA Sports Facility is roughly a 25-minute drive away, and the local paddle and oars park and yacht club are also worth a visit.

The Neighborhood:

The home is in a gated community, that is situated within walking distance of the beautiful beaches of the Atlantic Ocean.



Many restaurants are a short walk away. For breakfast, stop by Corey's Deli and Bagels, for lunch and dinner, select from a wide variety of foods, such as seafood, steak, Italian, subs, Mexican, and much more!



Getting Around:

Cars are not necessary in this area; however, a plus unless you choose to get around with an Uber or Lyft. Most restaurants and beach are walking distance!



Other Things to Note:

To ensure a comfortable start to your stay, we provide an initial stock of the following essentials:

- Paper towels

- Toilet paper

- Tissues

- Coffee pods, creamer, and sugar

- Light cleaning supplies (please note: NO LAUNDRY SOAP PROVIDED)

- Garbage bags

- Sponges

- Dish soap

- Dishwasher tabs



If you need additional supplies during your stay, please plan to replenish them as needed.



PLEASE NOTE:

-Mailbox access is not available for guests

- While we love all furry friends, ONLY dogs are allowed at this property, with a fee of $100 per pet, per stay.

- All reservations require either a refundable security deposit or the purchase of a damage waiver.



*The shower in the hallway bathroom's piping was done backwards. So hot is cold, and cold is hot.*
