All the grandchildren are back home now, but we’ll cherish these memories for a long time! The house was perfect for our four families — the layout worked beautifully, the kitchen was well-stocked and easy to navigate, the beds and linens were exceptionally comfortable, and all those beach towels were put to great use.We spent countless hours each day enjoying the pool, pickleball court, and beach. The balcony was a lovely retreat in the afternoons, offering shade from the sun and the perfect vantage point for watching the spectacular evening lightning shows. A special highlight was spotting a huge turtle come ashore to lay her eggs during a storm — and yes, we kept a respectful distance.The washing machine is awaiting a new motor, as Zak explained, but that was not an issue for us. The countertop ice machine was on, though we didn’t need it; I considered turning it off to save electricity but left it running to prevent any mold issues. We found a couple of childproof gates for the stairs in the closet, though we couldn’t figure out how to secure them safely — so instead, we happily assigned “toddler watchers,” which became a full-time (and fun) job!The home’s proximity to shopping and restaurants was the perfect finishing touch.We truly hope to return in the future!

The house is exactly as described. Our family of 11, ages 2 to 73, had plenty of space, fun at the beach, pool, pickleball court, views of the ocean from the 2nd level deck were stunning and privacy at the beach was relaxing. Daniel, the property owner, provided many details before check-in and promptly answered my questions. He was very easy to work with. Beach chairs, toys and towels provided. This is a great place and highly recommend.

There were others on the beach but a distance away.

Our family had a great vacation week in July of 2025. Great amenities, location and all the comforts of home. The owner and service team are very hands on - they take great care of the property and grounds. We will definitely be back and highly recommend visiting if you are looking for something family friendly & fun in the Melbourne/Space Coast Area.

Best Stay Ever

We stayed with some of the families of our daughter’s softball team- 13 people total. It was amazing!!! So peaceful, so beautiful, huge windows, decks everywhere, large amount of indoor and outdoor seating, comfortable couches and beds, beautiful large bathrooms, amazing view! Very well stocked- the outdoor pool and beach bins were stocked with beach chairs, toys, floaties, umbrellas and even sand castle toys. There were even beach towels in the front closet, something we had forgotten to bring! The laundry was big, the yard was big, the pool and spa were awesome, and everyone LOVED the pickleball court, young and old alike! The AC settings were perfect- we didn’t even touch the thermostat. There was so many small touches throughout! There were baby care furniture too- like a high chair, playpen and changing table. There was even a fan which we used for white noise in the living room where all the team softball girls were sleeping. We loved the walk-in closet in the primary bedroom with the window and baby stuff, so you could use as a changing room or a nursery. The windows were sound proof and partially darkened so you could see out but not in. The neighborhood was great with a Dunkin, Bagel place, Publix, & Dollar General nearby. We DoorDash’d dinner and got Walmart delivery of groceries sometimes. The kitchen was fantastic- we actually baked cookies & cooked some meals. The place was huge, clean, comfortable, peaceful, beautiful and absolutely perfect!!! #NewPickleballFans

Family Beach Vacation

We have been coming to this area for 4 years. This time we had 8 of us and this house was perfect for our large group. We grilled, hung out on the beach during the day and loved the pool in the evenings. Close to great restaurants too! We look forward to another visit in the future. Our ages included 5, 17x2, 30’s and up.

Wonderful Family Getaway

We enjoyed our stay so much. The house had everything we needed. Kitchen is well stocked. We used the grill several nights and enjoyed eating outdoors. The beach is nice. Very rough waves, so not great for swimming, especially for young ones. But, enjoyed walking and playing in the sand with grand kids.The pool was very nice as well. The location is close to grocery shopping and restaurants. Thank you for a nice stay!

Three Years in a Row

This was my family's third year of renting this sweet gem of a vacation home. We thoroughly love the house, the pool and spa, and the ocean waves right outside our door. So quiet and serene...the perfect place to relax! This year we were able to see 3 SpaceX rocket launches from the upper deck of the house. What a thrill! The pickleball court is terrific and a great added bonus to our stay. The house is well maintained, clean, and stocked with essential toiletry needs. The host is very considerate of his guests! We highly recommend!!!!

2025 Pickleball Friends Adventure

We had 10 adults stay in this very nice house on the beach. The location was great. It was within walking distance of several places to eat. The beach was not crowded and the pickleball court enabled us to have a vacation like no other we had experienced.

Perfect stay at the beach!

Our extended family of 9 (ages 7-82) totally enjoyed our stay in this house. The house was spacious, very clean throughout and and extremely well maintained. We especially appreciated the large dining table, the upper deck with great views of the sea and the the fantastict hot tub and pool! the kitchen was well supplied with everything we needed to prepare meals.The beach, just down a private path from the house, was lovely and great for long walks. . Most of us went swimming every day even in December! Watching a Cape Kennedy rocket launch from the beach one evening was a memorable experience!.We have rented many beach houses over the years and this iwas among the best!!

Spacious beach house with pool and pickle ball court

This was a terrific property. With two large communal areas, upstairs and down, 4 bedrooms, 4 1/2 baths and outdoor decks, there was enough room so that everyone in our group could have some space to themselves. It was windy during most of our visit which made for cool walks on the beach and spectacular ocean views but not too much hanging on the beach with the two toddlers in our party. The wind also made pickleball a little challenging but we still managed to play regularly except for on the one rainy day. Everyone really enjoyed the beautiful pool, especially the little ones. We opted to have it heated which was well worth the price. The house was very clean, well stocked with necessities, and convenient to Publix, Walmart, lots of specialty shops and good restaurants. Highly recommend!

Great place and location

Great house with optimal location if you want to be on the beach - literally just steps out the back door. Bedrooms are nice and spacious. We had 4 couples and 2 small children. Each couple had their own bedroom and bathroom.

Perfect family house

Took my 2 daughters and 4 young grandchildren. House had everything we needed, plenty of space and bathrooms. Perfect access to the beach and the pool was a lovely add on. Restaurants and grocery very close by. Highly recommend!

Perfect family vacation home

Daniel is a fantastic host and his home was perfect for our 3 family vacation. Very clean and had everything we needed. The extra refrigerator came in handy, especially for drinks at the pool. Pickleball was a lot of fun. Having all the beach chairs and toys out at the beach deck was super convenient. Great location. We would absolutely stay here again.

Family fun

Three generations were able to enjoy each other at this lovely home. Beach was steps from the back door with loads of chairs and toys for the little ones. Great Pool and pickle ball was a nice addition late in the day. The kitchen was very well equipped for big family meals. Comfortable bedrooms and private baths gave everyone the private space they needed.

Great house right on the beach!

Large home, well stocked and supplied. Right on the beach with a pool. Dogs are allowed and they had a great vacation too! House is well kept, great location. Daniel, the host/owner was easy to work with and very accommodating ..would go back again!

Favorite place to stay

We love the beach location and the house is very comfortable for our group. Best host and support crew we have ever dealt with. They really want you to enjoy your stay. Place is very clean and well stocked with necessities. We feel very fortunate to have found this gem and plan to return for the third straight year.

Great space!

We had 6 adults and had plenty of space for our 4 day trip! Plenty of room to spread out if needed, upstairs living room is gorgeous! It’s a beautiful location, right on the beach. Had an issue with the hot tub after the pool cleaning, but the property manager had the pool company out within about a 1/2 hr, and followed up the next day to make sure everything was still good! The only thing I wish is that there were more high chairs on the deck. The short chairs for eating outside were a little too short to watch the ocean. We were all trying to get out there first to get the higher seats, lol! We are very happy and are considering a return trip for the holidays in the future.
