"I booked this hotel after reading reviews for my parents & in-laws & aunties for 4 nights during 1st week of April 2026. I booked three rooms for 6 of them, all aged between 75-80 years. They are very happy with everything about hotel. Due to train delay, instead of 7 PM, they checked-in at 1:30 AM. Hotel team was available to assist them during that late. Complimentary breakfast was good. They used resturants for lunch & dinner and provided very positive feedback. Pool was clean. They enjoyed...

"Room was big and staff friendly at checkin and in the restaurant. Breakfast buffet was good with plenty of choices.
However the room had a damp musty smell and I could not breathe and had to ask for a room change around midnight when it became unbearable.
The staff accommodated me in another room. This new room was ok for the first night but that damp musty smell slowly kicked in the second night. Glad I checked out the next morning.
I will not be going back there."
