"I didn't sleep for 36 hours and didn't had food for 12 hours when arrived late in the afternoon at Shera Hotel and Banquet Navi Mumbai. Totally exhausted i expressed this towards the manager and staff. They acted at once, unburden me, ordered food for me, and settled me in my room. All in all Shera Hotel has a very professional and caring Manager and Team and they all speak very good english. I was positively surprised by the high quality standaard of the total staff. "Private pool and main pool enjoyable. The spa was amazing with booking and picking what was the right package. The food was beyond good. It was so tasty 😋 every meal. The staff were so friendly and the service was exceptional. "
