Casas en los árboles en Independence

"For hikers attempting to go to Inyo it is an ideal location. The room is nice and well maintained, cozy and accommodating."

"It looks cute from the outside and nice views of the mountains. Some snacks provided, but only 2 coffee bags for 4 people. Fridge is not working properly and very loud. Airco is loud and need filter change. Toilet is leaking. Low water pressure. "

"Definitely more minimalistic than expected, and absolutely no soundproofing. Everything else was fine."

"Motel muy básico, limpieza justa, personal extremadamente parco. "

"Great 3 nights stay for the price, as a sensitive noise person recommend to get earplugs for the night. "

"La casa aveva un materasso gonfiabile, noi siamo in 4 e i miei figli (grandi) hanno dovuto dormire in un materasso ad aria che si è pure sgonfiato durante la notte. Avessimo saputo che c'era un materasso gonfiabile non avremmo mai prenotato. Nella descrizione della casa non è mai stato scritto, parlava solo di 4 posti letto. Oltretutto per il prezzo che abbiamo pagato ci aspettavamo quanto meno un divano letto"

"What an amazing place! Got a tip from a local to take a short drive up the Mount Whitney portal and I highly recommend everyone do the same. The views from the room are AMAZING! Waking up to the sunrise on the mountains was something I'll never forget. Communication was fast and very helpful. Highly HIGHLY recommend staying here."

"An amazing and unique housing structure for large groups. Very spacious and comfortable. Even with 5 people staying here it did not feel crowded at all; however, there were a lot of ants in the kitchen and some bathroom areas. Also, more concerning for us, was that we saw a few mice in the house. One hiding in the master bedroom closet, the other by the living room area. Potentially more throughout the house, so be mindful of this. The house is quite remote with a large open field next to it so...

"Nice little ("Tiny") place if all you need is a bed, bathroom and kitchenette. My only 2 concerns were difficulty communicating with host due to no cell service, and that the laundry was not in the unit. It was a short drive (or long walk) from the unit. But host was as accommodating and friendly. I recommend when visiting Death Valley and area."

"Great place to stay. We were there for 3 nights and had a great time. Joose was responsive to questions. The property is unique in the best way. Would definitely stay there again."

"This is an amazing property! Epic views, wonderful outdoor patio, well decorated living spaces. Best place to stay in the Lone Pine area."

"An amazing experience from start to finish. The location in the Alabama Hills of Lone Pine was absolutely perfect for us during Badwater 135 race week—peaceful and beautiful, with Mount Whitney in the background, yet only a short distance from town. Our host was incredible—friendly, accommodating, and genuinely available 24/7 if we needed anything. With temperatures over 100 degrees, the AC worked perfectly and kept the house cool and comfortable. The kitchen was spacious, spotless, and had...
