You don't respond to an anonymous review... if the person who made it is ashamed, why should you respond?

I was expecting this review, you complained upon arrival because the room assigned wasn't the one you liked. But in all hotels in the world you choose the room category and not a specific room. Obviously you forgot that you had a garden for exclusive use that the room you liked didn't have and that only from that garden you could look at the fabulous landscape as you say, from the other you would have seen a nice car park. For future guests the apartment was renovated 3 years ago. I agree with you only on the sofa actually worn so much so that we had already ordered the upholstery change but it will arrive in October.Reviews out of spite for not having had what you wanted, even if you didn't have to, are an expression of smallness

Dear Guest,in order: she could not turn the key, there was no problem. You want to give information, give it correct; you arrived on foot and therefore it is obvious that to get to a structure on a hill there is a climb! Certainly with the car it is much easier. She asked to sleep on the sofa bed (despite being two) and then she complains that the bed is a sofa bed?!? Finally, elasticity ... who knows why guests don't understand that if there are guests entering the same accommodation we need time to clean it unless you don't care about the next guest, the important thing is that you do this who wants.Greetings.
