Our stay at this picturesque estate in Grassina was a trip we’ll never forget. The house was a perfect setup and impeccably clean. We spent hours around the kitchen table with family talking and laughing. We chose this location because of its close proximity to Florence but found ourselves having a hard time venturing off the property because it was so peaceful. We did go into Florence for multiple dinners and took a quick train ride to Rome for a day. We would love to return in the summer to spend days by the amazing pool. Cinzia was an amazing host. Super helpful and responsive, 5 starts for sure!!

Can’t say enough about this Villa! Wonderful stay. Wonderful and accommodating host. Beautiful grounds. Clean. Cozy. Just perfect. We were 6 adults and had an amazing time. Rooms were very spacious. We were lucky enough to hire Chef Patrizia and our driver Duccio, who were both gems! I wish we can take both of them back home with us! We look forward to coming back with our families hopefully sometime in the near future. Book this Villa, you won’t regret it!

Perfect location and accomodation for our family holiday! From the moment Duccio collected us from Pisa Airport (and gave us a tour of the outskirts of Florence followed by taking us to the supermarket before checking in to the villa), and the lovely welcome from Cinzia to the villa we knew we were going to have an amazing holiday! The villa, large pool and breath taking views are just incredible and the pictures don't do it justice. On our first evening we had a pizza night with the wonderful chef called Patrizia. I highly recommend her and we chose to repeat the pizza evening during our 2nd week there! There are lots of restaurants in the towns and villages nearby and of course in Florence itself which is just 20mins by taxi. Useful Tip: download AppTaxi which was great as there were times when Duccio was busy during the peak times. Also, we hired a car from Europcar which was delievered and collected to our villa. In short - this is a fantastic villa with top notch facilities and we will look forward to a return visit soon!! Thank you Cinzia for being a wonderful and welcoming host!

We had an incredible week at Cinzia’s villa. The property is spectacular and the pictures online do not do it justice. We spent as much time outside as we possibly could, cooking in the outdoor kitchen, soaking us the sun in the glorious swimming pool, playing tennis, and dining al fresco. Spacious rooms with AC in each and en suite bathrooms kept all guests very comfortable. Cinzia was an amazing host, and Duccio the driver and Patrizia the chef she recommended made our trip unforgettable.

The VRBO website pictures do not do justice to this exquisite property. This 4 bedroom villa is nestled on beautiful grounds with an oversized swimming pool, jacuzzi and tennis courts. There are various outdoor seating places for relaxation. There is also an outdoor kitchen plus a pizza oven The villa is 20 minutes from the airport by car with several restaurants close by the villa. The owner of the property is very sweet, accommodating and gracious, We had one minor problem which she quickly rectified evidencing her responsiveness. She was always there for us with recommendations and/or assistance. she made us feel welcome, We love this place and would definitely return for another visit.

In short this is a remarkable property; not one you will find frequently in this area so close to Florence. It is clean, well maintained and accessible to Florence and the Tuscan countryside. The owner, Cinzia, has thought of everything that travelers might need. The kitchen drawers and cupboards are well stocked and easy to maneuver around. Seating is ample for large numbers of people; we had six in our party. The beds are clean and comfortable and there are 4 bathrooms up and 1 downstairs. The outdoor seating areas we great places to take our morning coffee and breathe in fresh Tuscan air. We stayed in late March so the pool wasn't warm but can imagine it will be quite a happy place as the summer sun heats up the area. The spa was warm and ready to use upon our arrival. We were warmly welcomed upon arrival and had gotten suggestions prior to arrival regarding drivers, tour guides and chefs. We are so glad we took Cinzia up on her suggestions. Duccio was a wonderful driver, getting us to and from airport/train station, shepherding us to a Tuscan winery for a tour and lunch and promptly transporting to and from Florence for our daily activities. Chef Patrizia prepared a traditional Tuscan dinner for our on our last night in the region. There are also options with her for family pizza making in the outdoor kitchen or cooking classes. Lastly, our tour guide, Laura, a Florentine art historian, led us on a fantastic walking tour of Florence including an informative visit to Galleria dell'Accademia. We couldn't have been more pleased with our choice of Villa Cinzia and we look forward to a return visit.

Cinzia is a wonderful host. From the first minute we arrived until we left, nothing was too much trouble and she made sure were very happy with our stay there. She also has the villa and pool attended to on a daily basis (but not intrusively) to ensure that the standards are kept up for the entirety of our stay. The villa is very big and well equipped. The pool is absolutely fantastic and was used multiple times per day by all of us. The vistas from the terrace and pool are just wonderful. We spent many hours here, swimming, relaxing, eating, reading, etc. We also did the pizza chef evening which was brilliant and of very high quality. Cinzia also put us in touch with a driver who took us into Florence and gave us a tour which was also excellent. We would definitely return!

Where to start? The location, the ambiance, the pool, the kitchen (wonderful: both inside and out), al fresco dining, and, of course, the owner, Cinzia--she's just super! This villa has it all, peace and quiet, convenience, and all close to Florence and the towns of Tuscany. True gem! We loved it!

We had the pleasure of staying at this fantastic villa in May 2022. To say that it exceeded our expectations is an understatement! It was very clean and beautifully furnished. The grounds are stunning, and the pictures don’t do it justice! The villa was like a dream that we never wanted to wake up from! We will remember it fondly for the rest of our lives and are already talking about returning so we can spend more time there. Cinzia was the most thoughtful and gracious host! It is her childhood home and she wants her guests to love it as much as she does. After showing us around, she made us a special Italian espresso called a Moka, and returned later with more coffee and milk for our stay. We felt most welcome! The pizza party in the outdoor kitchen was so much fun and delicious! Chef Laura and Gabrieli were wonderful. We had Chef Laura come back on our last night to prepare dinner and it was amazing! Cinzia also recommended a driver named Duccio. He greeted us at the Florence train station with such enthusiasm that made us feel excited for our days ahead. He loves Florence and grew up there, so he was a tour guide and historian, as well as a driver. Our day trip to Siena, wine-tasting, and San Gimignano was phenomenal! The villa is perfectly located with close proximity to Florence, wineries, and ancient hill towns. We had a second day trip planned, but cancelled it to spend our last day at the villa enjoying the pool, hot tub, tennis courts, and walking among the olive trees. We highly recommend this villa!!

This house exceeded all expectations. The house is spacious, nicely decorated, with a beautiful garden, a nice pool and tennis court and several nice terraces. A spacious kitchen with all amenities, nice bedrooms (with lovely beds) and excellent bathrooms. Around the house we saw deer and wild boar with young. In the nearby village you can do all the daily shopping and get delicious bread. Florence is easily accessible by (electric) bike, taxi and car. The owner is very helpful and in our case that was very much needed. A few kilometres before we arrived we had problems with our car and she not only picked us up, but also visited the garage to speed up the repair, went shopping with us and took care of us in every possible way. Super nice experience. On the advice of Cinzia, we had Patrizia cook for us on Saturday night. And this too is highly recommended. What a great evening with delicious food it was. In short, a very nice location that is worthwhile and that we would gladly recommend (and where we ourselves would like to return).

I can not say how beautiful this property is. I was delighted with the house, the space, the vineyards, tennis court and the owner. 4 adults and 5 kids fit in perfectly with plenty of space. Cinzia is delightful and so accomadating. It was heaven on earth.

Cinzias House is even better than the photos. Fantastic and large pool, different outdoor areas/ terraces with amazing views overlooking the Tuscany hills, sorroundings are quiet even though it is close to Florence. The outdoor kitchen was perfect and we enjoyed the private tennis court. Can recommend Patrizias pasta class also. A perfect place for a large group - we will definitely be back!

We spent a great week at the house which just has everything. Fantastic and large pool with a kids pool / spa on the side, a nice garden, great terrace with really good views looking over Tuscany hills, a nice outer kitchen with everything you need including a pizza oven and it even has a tennis court. The house and kitchens are generally very well equipped. The location and the atmosphere are really good. Cinzia is really nice, and were doing everything for us so we could have a great week. We had the pizza party with very good food while the kids were also participating in making pizzas. All in all, this comes with a very high recommendation from us.

I went to Villa Cinzia with my family, we had a wonderful stay! Villa Cinzia has the spirit and the soul of a family home with all comforts and amenities to ensure pure enjoyment and joy! A huge, infinite hedge swimming pool where you can take long swims and have fun with floating toys with a view on beautiful sourrounding hills! A squared whirling tub for 6 people, for kids too! A good tennis court with changing room, hot shower, racket and tennis balls. We used twice the outside kitchen which provides extraordinary fun with 2 barbecues and pizza oven (you can have pizzaiolo o chef upon request)! We did not hear a car or plane, only silence and nature's sounds ..perfect relax! We also loved the house, restored in the typical Tuscan style, with modern furniture and antique pieces, even living room has air conditioning! The kitchen is fully equipped (we could taste Expresso and "Caffè Toscano") The bedrooms are spacious, bright, with confortable beds and we very much appreciated cleanliness and attention to details! Last but not least fantastic Location: 5 minutes to supermarket and shops 15 min to Florence downtown 20 min to Chianti region Less then 1 hour to the most important towns in tuscany ! In a word..PERFECT! Thank you Cinzia for being such a marvellous host, for your help and responsiveness to our needs! We loved your villa, we keep fond memories while planning to return!
