Central to Everything

We enjoyed our stay here very much. Anything you could possibly want is within walking distance and there are many choices for dining and activities. The home includes all of the amenities and is well laid out with nice views of the coast.

Enjoyed our stay!

The condo was very clean and comfortable, had everything we needed, up to date and tastefully decorated. The off street private parking garage a plus. View of the ocean & sunset. Short walk to the beach, pier, multiple restaurants & markets. You can take a nice walk to the estuary. Management very responsive & timely with check in/check-out process. Clear & easy instructions. Extremely happy with our stay.

Prefect location at Imperial Beach for a week of relaxation. Property was clean and well appointed in the kitchen & bathrooms, (second bath was half bath). Family vacation

My family enjoyed the view of the ocean from the condo and the short walk across the street to the beach. The condo had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. Imperial Beach is a great place and close to the San Diego attractions. We would definitely stay here again!

Getaway for the week

Needed to escape the heat of Arizona for a week and this property checked all the boxes! Great location (you can see the ocean from the patio)! It also had everything we needed to make it an awesome week including amazing wifi which we both needed for work. We would not hesitate to book this again in the future!

Perfect Beach House

This house is only one block from the sandy beach and you have a clear view of the waves from both the living room and master bedroom! The house was set up so nicely and very clean. The loft is so cute and we were able to use the garage for one vehicle. There was a grocery store just down the street and tons of places to dine. The entire area just gave us such a perfect beach vibe and we felt safe and relaxed the entire stay. Can't wait to stay here again

Cute Property with lots of amenities

We came down for spring break, two adults and four kids. The property was a block from the beach (really across the street). There were lots of beach toys, chairs and other items including towels and an umbrella. Garage parking was a huge perk. Washer and dryer made things easy. Kitchen extremely well appointed complete with spices, oil, coffee. Toaster, blender, even a mixer we were able to use for a birthday cake. Downside for us were two. One to do with the rental and one the area. The hot water was melt your face off hot. It took us forever to get it to a tolerable temperature and the jacuzzi jets either don’t work or don’t have an obvious way to use them. The other was that the back was closed due to bacterial contamination. That was a huge bummer and definitely affected our stay. Overall we would definitely stay here again as the beds were comfortable, it was close to the beach and there was room for our family of six.

IB Is the place to be!

We really enjoyed the "vibe" of this community to include the local restaurants and access to the beach/pier. In addition, the Tijuana estuary is a quick bike ride down the road. The accommodations was setup perfectly for our family and the views to the ocean were amazing. Highly recommend to those looking for a classic beach town in San Diego. Thank you.

Great Beach Stsy

Loved the house for our weeklong beach vacation. Had everything we could ask for to enjoy the beach - boogie boards, extra chairs, sand toys, and towels. The extras in the house were also helpful for the longer stay! Decorations, furniture and amenities made it seem like we were in a home instead of vacation rental. Definitely coming back. Beautiful sunset views from porch. One of the better places we have stayed at in IB.
