This floor includes 1 bedroom with 1 French bed measuring 160 cm, with an exit to the garden, as well as 1 children's room with 2 single beds. The open kitchen on this level is fully equipped and includes an oven, dishwasher, 5 gas rings, a toaster, a microwave, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine, complemented by a bar area.
