Beautiful holiday home by the lake Immeln

Welcome to this beautiful holiday home located by the lake Immeln, in Skåne, Sweden. From the house there is a fantastic view of the lake.



The house lies only 20 meters from the lake. At the house there is a private jetty. The house has a wood-fired sauna (for up to 8 persons) and a wilderness bath, that is overlooking the lake (firewood can be bought at a gas station).



If you would like to fish, you can buy a fishing license at the local hotel. There are nice hiking trails close to the house. In the area, there are several sightseeing destinations, bathing places, flea markets, etc. If you have small children, there is a playground nearby.



The holiday home has 4 bedrooms in total (all with doors). 3 of the bedrooms have double beds/2 single beds pushed together. The 4th bedroom has a bunk bed for 2 people.



The kitchen is well equipped. The house has a washing machine, but no dishwasher.



There is access to 2 older bikes. There are also various games, outdoor toys, hammocks etc. Of course, there is also a barbecue, terrace and garden furniture.



Electricity costs are charged (by consumption) according to the current daily price. You pay directly to the owner on site. Deposit SEK 4.000. Final cleaning is mandatory and is paid with SEK 1,950 on site. Electricity is paid on site at SEK 4.50 per kWh.
