"This is a very clean and nice apartment within a very close drive to the Kinkaid boat launch. Easy to locate and can fit a car with a boat in tow no problem. This spot was also much more quiet than the campground or RV spots nearby. They have a great porch and a grill and we didn’t bring something for it which made me sad. "

"From the beginning, Sarah was so easy to communicate with! The loft was gorgeous (very updated and decorated beautifully), location was amazing (our toddler enjoyed looking at the downtown lights outside of the loft, people watching, and live music), and there was plenty of space for our 7 toddler in the loft! It was also a quick, easy drive to Sugar Spring Ranch for the wedding reception we were attending.Will definitely seek out this property to rent again when we find ourself in Waterloo!"

"Lawrenceville is a quiet small town with lots of choices of dining including the bar/grill downstairs from the apt. The apartment was clean and more spacious than it appears in the photos. The main bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, family room and laundry are all on the same level with a narrow spiral staircase that takes you upstairs to more beds and a bathroom. "

"Loft was super clean, spacious and quiet. Building built in 1861 so very unique space. Plenty of street parking. Air conditioning was great and a selection of restaurants and pubs down the street. Lots of nicely restored building-one can feel the history! Host communicated immediately and check in/out easy and seamless. "

"This was our second stay here. We booked the second floor apartment and we loved it. Haley is easy to communicate with and answers quickly. We're impressed with the cleanliness, and the A/C was nice and cold, which helped in the 95 heat. I'm sure we'll be back!"

"We enjoyed our stay the apartment Labor day weekend and it was very clean and peaceful. Loved the location went for walks around downtown. We turned AC off and opened the windows At night was in 50s and 70s during day cool breeze was so nice. Has good wifi used my PS4 they have a large new big screen smart tv that was nice to have. Laundry room was clean and nice. Overall a very enjoyable stay and we will be booking it again every year. "
