"Die Villa liegt wunderschön und bietet einen traumhaften Blick auf das Meer. Sie ist sehr großzügig, gepflegt und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die verschiedenen Terrassen sind herrlich und bieten zu jeder Tageszeit einen schönen Platz. Der Pool ist überdurchschnittlich lang, so dass man hier auch gut schwimmen kann. Es fehlt insgesamt an nichts und der Service ist ausgezeichnet. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war hervorragend, zuvorkommend und unkompliziert. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!"

"La experiencia ha sido realmente buena. La anfitriona, Rosa, estuvo atenta durante toda la estancia. Las vistas y tranquilidad que se respira desde la casa son inmejorables. Poder descansar por la noche frescos en un ambiente tan caluroso durante todo el día, no tiene precio. Como único pero, diría que el acceso, en mi caso, teniendo un vehículo grande, no es del todo fácil. "This house is as lovely (if not more) than we expected. The setting and view will take your breathe away. It’s clean, the kitchen has everything you need and the house itself is spacious and comfortable. The outdoor eating area (with bbq/grill) was a perfect place to eat all of our meals. The pool was great and there was plenty of places to relax in the sun. The host was kind, responsive and welcoming. We highly recommend this house."

"Die "Casa Julia" ist wirklich sehr zu empfehlen. Super Lage, sehr ruhig und trotzdem schnell in der Stadt. Schöner Pool, Hollywoodschaukel, billiardtisch und volleyballfeld. Außerdem gibt es sehr viele Sitzmöglichkeiten. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder."

"Property was lovely and clean with fantastic outdoor space and pool. Lots of space inside, and incredibly clean and well provisioned (washing up liquid, shower gel etc) Worth noting that the living room and 2 bedrooms have aircon, the other 2 bedrooms do not. Kitchen is possibly a little more basic than normal. This is a old building and as such the stairs are quite steep, we have 2 small children (under 2) so we could manage this but if they were older it would have been more difficult....

"Das Haus war wunderschön und hatte alles was versprochen wurde, eher sogar besser als Online dargestellt. Die einzigen kleinen Problemen waren die Sauberkeit, welche etwas besser hätte sein können, aber noch im Rahmen war und die Kommunikation für die Übergabe des Schlüssels."

"I d give a 9,5 over 10. Incredible view. 3 Large bedrooms all with great view. All furnitures and kitchen top. Only one negative note : in the lower master bedroom you do hear quite strongly the water pump. Difficult to fix eventhough the manutention guy did try."

Der Blick in die Bucht von Palma, egal ob vom Pool, dem Bedroom oder dem mega-tollen Rooftop ist einfach atemberaubend. "Resulta un tanto caro e inexacto en relación a lo ofrecido: no se dice que no hay aire acondicionado, solo ventiladores de pie; tampoco indica que la propietaria vive en otra casa a escasa distancia, lo cual resta intimidad, tampoco hay ninguna sombrilla y algunos muebles necesitan sustitución. Una pequeña incidencia fue solucionada con rapidez. Creo que no repetiría."

"Quiet and nice, except for the diesel generator, which starts when the battery of the building is low. The building is not connected to the electricity grid. It runs for four hours, but you get used to it… Use the upper bathroom for warm showers. Small car a plus as the way up to the house is narrow. The pool is good for cooling down, less so for swimming (except for small kids who can swim…)."
