"The views of Dovedale were superb and the position of the hotel idyllic with easy parking. Dinner and breakfast were not high standard and the only waitress was rushed off her feet. Generally pleasant and helpful Staff."

"Excellently located with plenty of facilities this is a lovely classic hotel. Large clean room and excellent value. The staff in the bar and dining room were very helpful and friendly - especially as my partner is gluten free. Great palce from which to explore Buxton and the Peaks."
