"I visited Hakuba Sun Valley with my partner and 2 children and we LOVED it! The location is amazing, directly opposite the chair lift, and the staff were helpful, friendly and attentive. We will definitely be staying here again next season!"

Great location and good option for a short visit
"Unfortunately the staff was not able to give me any information about Nagano as they do not speak English, it was a pity, at least they should provide you a map and circle the basic points.
