The apartment consists of a living room with a double bed and a single bed, and a bathroom. Outside, there is a terrace with seating.<br><br>The outdoor area features a large garden and lots of animals: sheep, goats, ponies, donkeys, chickens, rabbits, and cats; a play area with a slide, swing, and trampoline; and a terrace that’s perfect for a cozy and relaxing end to the day. There’s also a parking spot available here. <br><br>Additionally, there’s an utility room with a new washing machine and a new dryer. A vacuum cleaner and an ironing board with an iron are also available.<br><br>The apartment is equipped with bed linens, towels, dish towels, soap, dish soap, a sponge, and cleaning rags.<br><br>Pets are not allowed in this apartment.<br><br>There are seven vacation apartments in the building.<br><br>Emden is 17 km (19 min) away and Aurich is 10 km (14 min) away.<br><br>Ihlow is the heart of East Frisia and lies between Emden and Aurich. A nearby memorial stone can be visited. The surrounding area offers excellent conditions for boating and biking trips along the Wieken (waterways) and fishing opportunities in the nearby canals. <br>A 3.5-hectare man-made swimming lake with a 4,000-square-meter non-swimmer area and the 350-hectare Ihlow State Forest invite you to swim, hike, and explore. Numerous recreational activities await you: swimming in the Ihler Meer, biking, canoeing, boat tours, hiking, a fitness trail around the Ihler Meer, a beach volleyball court, fishing in the surrounding canals, outdoor swimming pools in Aurich and Riepe, sports fields, shopping in Aurich and Emden, Kneipp foot baths, a trekking hut for cyclists, a multipurpose hall for sports and events, a community center with seminar and conference rooms, tennis, Boßeln, horseback riding, the Haus des Gastes, a fitness center with a sauna, and a beer garden with a summer beach café.<br><br>Check-in is available from 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., and check-out is from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
