Crown House

A charming, newly renovated apartment located in a historic building from the early 1900s, situated in the historic center of Iglesias. The apartment is just a short walk from the main shops and the Carabinieri Training Academy. It is a 10-minute drive from the beautiful beaches of the Sulcis-Iglesiente region and the famous mining villages, and only 50 km from the Cagliari airport. At certain times of the year, you can enjoy medieval and religious processions. The 75-square-meter apartment, for exclusive use on the first floor of the house, opens onto a living room with two sofas. You’ll find a double bedroom (equipped with double and single sheets) and a bathroom with a shower, hair dryer, washer-dryer, towels, and a Bluetooth speaker. There is an 18,000 BTU air conditioner. Private parking is not provided, but there are several public parking lots within 100 meters of the house, including paid ones (you can use the Easy Parking app). Parties, smoking, and pets are not allowed inside.
