This was our second time staying here and we love it so much that we want to make it an annual tradition. There is plenty of space for everyone, the host is super responsive, and everything is provided for a nice, relaxing, comfortable stay. The driveway to get to the property is a little hard to find if you don’t know where you are going so I wouldn’t recommend arriving after dark if possible.

Lovely, quiet location. Very comfortable common areas. We especially enjoyed the jacuzzi and eating dinner outside by the grill. The family all agreed we'd want to stay there again.

Beautiful, Quiet, and Spacious

Our family of 4 plus 2 dogs had an amazing time at this property. It is unbelievably quiet, clean, and peaceful. Lots of activities for everyone or the perfect place to lounge and enjoy nature. A host!

Private Woodland Retreat

Very private woodland location. Although the decor is a bit outdated the property was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked. The upper/main level has a lot of windows and natural light. The open concept is great for family time. The heating does not really make it to the lower level however a number of good-quality space heaters are provided. There are plenty of walking trails. The drive into town is less than 10 minutes. We were 6 adults, 1 teenager and two children. There was plenty of room to be together and for privacy as well. I recommend this property and would stay there again.

Idyllic Idyllwild

We had such a good family fun weekend here! The cabin had enough comfortable bedrooms for 11 people and still had great common space for games, meals, and catching up together. The kitchen was great for preparing group meals. The views are beautiful and it is nice and quiet; lingering on the deck for coffee and bird watching was lovely! As with many cabins, there was no AC (summer days are hot) but there were plenty of fans that allowed us to cool things down in the evenings. Super clean and comfortable.

Wonderful family weekend

We had a perfect weekend at the Hidden Nest. We had a small family gathering for my husbands 40th birthday. The residence is spacious and very clean. It is the most fully stocked home weve ever stayed at through Vrbo. It had endless plates, silverware (even for the kids), cookware, toys, blankets, which was so convenient.The outside is a childs wonderland with a small play area, basketball hoop, logs and expansive nature for them to climb and explore. We all had a fun and relaxing weekend and will definitely return if we get the chance. Thank you Minna!

Cozy, clean and secluded cabin

Really cute cabin with a large space to hang and play board games etc. Two lower floor bedrooms were just okay but upper floor bedrooms were grea. Hot tub is large and offset from the house so beautiful for soaking and stargazing. No properties nearby so feels super private. Cute hikes you can get to through the backyard. Amazing!

This place is absolutely gorgeous, accommodating, serene, spacious, and the surroundings are breathtaking. We felt as though this place was made just for our family. The teenagers had their space to hang out together but also a room to themselves when they needed their alone time. My 6 year old loved her own small bed in the master bedroom as well as all the accommodations that fit her personality; an outdoor swing, small climbing gym, toys, games, and nature to explore. Us adults loved every bit of the property. Our host was accommodating and very responsive. She also had the place set up with all guests in mind. Everything we needed was thought of and properly placed. This was a great, relaxing getaway and the perfect place to do it in. We will definitely be return guests.

Beautiful house

We loved our stay here. The house was absolutely beautiful. It’s on a private road so feels very secluded and the house is surrounded with trees. Awesome outdoor fire pit and outdoor kitchen area. The house was very open and huge living area/kitchen that was perfect for our group. We had several young kids (<5 yo) with us so we appreciated having some toys/books there for them. (And a high chair too!) Our only small issue was we discovered a leak in the kitchen faucet, but we contacted the host and she was very responsive. She offered to have someone out to fix it but we declined since we didn’t want our stay disrupted. Overall very happy with our stay and would definitely visit again!

Beautiful weekend

We had mini family weekend for grandpas 60th bday even the dog. We had a great time, this Cabin does not disappoint, there wasn't anything that was left out. Owners thought of everything. Kids and adult kids enjoyed all outdoor space, basketball hoops , swings area for kids bikes to ride. It was perfect. Outdoor kitchen was great for a fall night. THank you , we will be there again someday.

Unique cabin immersed in nature

We booked the cabin for a family get together and were so amazed by all the amenities and the breathtaking views. My favorite part of the cabin was the views of nature. There are so many large windows overlooking the scenic landscape that you can truly enjoy the feeling of being in nature all while being in the comfort of the indoors. The architecture of the cabin is so unique with a beautiful panoramic view of nature on the 2nd floor where the large kitchen, dining room and living room reside. We had a big group with several kids ranging in different ages and the space was more than enough for them to run around indoors and outdoors. A spiral staircase leads to the 1st floor where there are more additional bedrooms. Each bedroom was well decorated with very comfortable and cozy bedding. The kitchen and bathrooms were stocked with more than just the standard amenities. We also appreciated that they provided some toys for the kids to play with. Just something to keep in mind, the place is nicely secluded, so the entrance is a bit difficult to initially find. You may need to slow down and be on the look out for the property entrance as its within that turnout. We enjoyed our stay so much that we definitely will be coming back again!
