"The guest house was so cute, very clean, and easy to access. The host was very communicative and welcoming. They even left us hot cocoa and cookies, which was a very thoughtful touch. I will definitely be booking this listing again on my next visit if it's available."

"Checking in was easy for me. I appreciate the safety of designated parking, coded gate to the property and electronic key to get into the unit. The place was immaculate and well-supplied...larger than I imagined too! It was away from heavy traffic, yet close enough to multiple attractions in Palm Springs and area towns. The host was very communicative and helpful. I would rent from this host again!"

"Property was great, but there were a few things that made the stay a little less than great.
(1) I had to tighten the bathtub handle. Because it was loose, the temperature of the water would change in the middle of showering. The water all of a sudden became really hot. My girlfriend let out a very alarming yell.
(2) There were some ants in the kitchen.
(3) The tenant next to us had a very loud dog, that was barking a lot."

"This was a unique and beautiful property that the pictures do not do it justice. It was conveniently located to a grocery store and the neighborhood felt very safe. The view from outside the property was another perk we were not expecting! We had to return to the property after checkout (our teenager accidentally left an item) and the owner was able to let us back in the property to check for it (it was there). The place was spacious and gave our family of 5 room to spread out while still...
