Hi Jeff, the homeowners were surprised to read your review, as they are accustomed to providing 5-star experiences, and would like to clarify the following: - Cleanliness is highly important to us and the home is prepared and cleaned thoroughly for every arrival. To protect and maintain the home, we recently had the property professionally treated for any pests so there shouldn't be any evidence of them at all - The home is fully furnished as accurately advertised in the photos and there is a table with two chairs for guest use - After completing an inspection of the home, we can confirm that we didn't see any issues that needed to be addressed with the couch pillows and throws - We recognized the concern with the induction cooktop and just recently had it replaced - We will work with our cleaner to investigate more into the mentioned concerns and complete a deep clean We continue to receive glowing 5-star reviews on our property. We do all we can to make the best possible stay, and we look forward to this property hosting many satisfied guests!
