Liked the upbeat decor in the rooms. The blinds worked really well to darken the room.

I entered room 422 around 2:00pm. It was a sauna! The ac was blowing hot air. A tech came and tried very hard to fix it. He couldn’t. He called his boss. No help. Finally I was able to ask for a new room, which I finally got into around 4:00 pm.

The location was perfect and the staff was so friendly! They had an amazing breakfast and the riverwalk is literally right behind it. We would definitely stay here again!

I was so thankful when we walked in we weren't hit with a lot of fragrances or chlorine smell. Everything was neat and taken care of. Having the game area in the lounge was nice. The gym looked great. The pool was perfect for my littles to enjoy.

This was a great place to stay, trendy, simple and clean with everything we needed. We even played three games of pool! We definitely will stay at Tru by Hilton again.

The furnace in the room has major problems, with multiple different noises, some very loud coming out of it every time it was on. I let the desk know when I checked out, but they should have known as any past guest would have surely complained. I am sure some poor soul is getting checked into the same room now.

Not so much for us. I think this property would appeal to the younger crowed. Modern look and feel. Smaller rooms.

Idaho Falls is beautiful
The hotel is in a great location very near the greenbelt and falls. I had a nice view of the river from my window and there's a bridge that takes you right to the greenbelt. It's walking distance from several restaurants & bars, convenient location to hwy 20 and I-15 access. The property is new and very clean. Walmart and a few other retail stores are nearby and would be an easy walk.

Move over Aloft!
Cool trendy and new hotel right in the heart of it all. If the weather wasn't so cold we could have walked to our restaurant. Would definitely stay hear again.

Good hotel for an overnight stay convenient to the I15 and nearby restaurants. Breakfast was adequate. My biggest complaint was the $75 pet stay for one night. We have a small cockerpoo (non-shedding) dog and think that the charge for an overnight stay was excessive. We will think twice about booking here again as this pet fee makes it quite expensive compared to other nearby hotels. Staff and facilities were otherwise fine.
