One of the best places I've stayed at. Very comfortable and quiet and near plenty of things and places to do what's needed. Will definitely stay here again.

Such a nice place! Thanks for having the air conditioning turned on and the house so comfortable. I loved walking to the art museum and the beautiful Japanese gardens.

We had such a great time at this property! Everything was really nice and clean and had all of the amenities we needed. The beds were super comfy too! Mike was great and very responsive. We will definitely be back!

Nice location and very nice place to stay. Good central location close to the Falls. Host was responsive to the few questions we had. Beds are comfortable but HIGH off the floor (about 3.5 feet) which might be a concern for shorter persons or seniors. AC worked great and was much appreciated as it has been a hot Idaho summer. We would definitely rebook next time we're in town. Thanks!

It ain’t sexy / but it’s really clean and has great beds. Drip coffee maker so bring your own coffee :) / 5 minute walk to downtown / quiet street. Will stay again !

This was a very clean and modern place. We enjoyed our stay and the patio. I am not sure 7 people would be comfortable in this space. I believe 4 would be a maximum.

Beautiful, clean, and spacious. A very welcoming house. Appliances are top notch and the furniture is comfortable. Location is convenient as well. Quiet neighborhood. I especially enjoyed the washer and dryer and the phone charging station. We had dinner at Smokin Fins and it was delicious! The Greenbelt Riverwalk by the Snake River was nice to walk as well. The Falls are very pretty.

Great location. One block from greenbelt, art museum, close to downtown. House is very clean and cozy. Host is very accommodating. This is our home away from home.

Stayed here for a family wedding with my wife and kids, it was a great location, nice clean place that provided a great home base for us during our stay.

House was clean, accurate to listing and great communication with property manager. We did leave halfway through our stay because we found eight spiders in many different areas including the shower curtain, in kitchen and in a blanket.

"We had a fantastic stay! If I could give this more than 5 stars, I would—definitely a 5 1/2 star experience. The location is unbeatable and served as a great home base for our fishing excursions, yet the neighborhood was remarkably quiet. We loved being within walking distance to downtown shops and restaurants. In fact, we enjoyed the area so much that we are planning on making this neighborhood our forever home in Idaho Falls. The space was modern, spotless, and the host was incredibly responsive. Highly recommend!"

The house is perfect for a solo traveler or couple staying to visit, see the sights, etc. The house was clean, convenient location, quiet neighborhood, great kitchen, host was always responsive. My family stopped by and visited with me. Plenty of seating and space for their visit. I will stay there again. Loved my stay.

This sweet little house on a quiet street was just a short stroll to the restaurants and farmers market at the center of town. The kitchen and dining area was spacious and comfortable. We will try to stay here whenever we visit family in the area.

We showed up and the house had not been cleaned. The host was very responsive and the cleaners came right away. I would stay there again, it was very clean and comfortable.

This is a cute home. We ran into some issues during our stay, but Mike resolved them quickly. He has great communication. The location is great too. So close to downtown activities. A new kid park is walking distance to the river. We'd love to stay again.
