  • This is a cute and cozy (very small) attic apartment that looks like a rustic treehouse with rough-cut wood trim. The deck outside completes the treehouse feel. It is on the upper floor and is surrounded by pine trees.

    Inside is a child-size "bird house" with toys to play in.
    Full kitchen stocked with everything you need.
    Washer and dryer.
    Three queen beds and a full/twin bunk bed.
    Smart TV with Netflix and Hulu.
    You have to go through the large bedroom to get to the small bedroom.
    We have had a lot of fun remodeling this apartment to look like a treehouse and are just finishing the decorations.


    Please DO NOT bring marijuana with you. Even if it is legal where you are from, it is NOT legal in Idaho. The next guests do not like the smell, even if you smoke it "outside"; the neighbors do not like it and will call the police. If there if evidence (including smell) of marijuana or any illegal drugs, I will charge you an extra $100 cleaning fee.

    The maximum number of days is 25. Possibly longer on request.

It was nice and cozy. We liked staying here. The owner was super nice and helpful too. We especially enjoyed the back patio and Netflix access.

Beautiful Stay

We had a wonderful time staying at the Treehouse! It was clean and comfortable. Our little boy absolutely loved the little toy area. We would 100% stay here again!

Close to everything in Idaho falls

A place to put our head was able to bring our dog, easy to navigate to. kids loved the little reading nooks..

Nice location. Plenty of room with a nice outdoor area accessible off the bedroom. Everything works except the AC. It blows air, but isn't cold. Top floor apt, so it gets a bit warm. Check in is a breeze, and the host answers messages right away.

Great Place for Families

This is our second time staying at the Treehouse & it was just as good. My kids love the hideout area & all the little things they have for kids. It's not fancy, but it's perfect in my opinion for families with kids. No worrying about breaking a bunch of fancy stuff that many places have. Comfy & quiet.

Loved the rooftop patio

It was a nice place, there was some construction going on in another apartment that made the entrance a construction zone but we found the inside of the apartment clean and nicely stocked. I had a chance to meet the host who brought over popsicle for us to enjoy!

We had an absolutely perfect weekend getaway at this charming cottage on Pelee Island! From the moment we arrived, we felt completely at home. Quiet place

This apartment is just about perfect for a small family. The queen bed was comfortable and there was a room off the bedroom with bunk beds, and access to the rooftop patio was also off the bedroom. I used the washer and dryer for one load. There was basic supplies the kitchen. It was a pleasant experience.

The tree house is a cute place to stay

When we arrived we wasn't sure where to park so we parked on the street, didn't realize we shared this house with 3 other apartments. Hard to keep kids quiet in a new fun place. The stair way was mildew smelled really bad. The inside was very outdoorsy. We loved the inside, it was clean and grandkids loved the hidden playroom. Overall it was a nice place to stay

Shady property

We didn’t feel safe and did not stay at the property. The place smelled bad and was filthy. The bedrooms join together and aren’t really separated.

Kid Friendly-ish

The Treehouse was very clean and Carol the hostess was great (she even stocked the freezer with popsicles!). It’s a cozy unit, but had everything we needed. The kids LOVED the hidden play room. We were not expecting there to be downstairs neighbors, so it was a little stressful to constantly be shushing our young and active boys from running around and making too much noise. The A/C and multiple fans were absolute musts and could almost keep up, but we were also there during an abnormal heat wave. Overall, it was clean, comfortable and had great proximity to the river and falls. If you have young children they’ll love the toys inside, but be prepared for helping them stay quiet while at the Treehouse.

Very unique

This apartment is very unique. The space was nice for a one night stop for my husband and I with two teenage sons. The creepy staircase up to the door doesn't set a very good tone. Inside the apartment is functional. It wasn't very clear in the pictures that one of the queen beds is a mattress on the floor stashed in a little cubby next to the dining room table. A pleasant surprise was the outdoor balcony that was a nice temperature in August. The apartment and neighborhood seem very old. A little run down. But it was quiet and the price was right.

We thought this property was fun and charming. It was perfect for our needs, and our 21 year old son loved having a bed in the little alcove. Carol was great and easy to get ahold of. Instructions for check in and check out were easy and given with plenty of advance notice. We would stay again!

A fun, charming space

As others have said, don't mind the staircase. The beds were comfortable, the private deck was a funny surprise and it's walking distance to the path around the falls.

Short stay in Idaho Falls

Great experience with the host prior to our stay. The “Treehouse” has a lot of character inside and a great deck. Stairs leading up to the unit are narrow and not attractive, but it’s great once inside. Cleanliness could have been better. Our dog found evidence of prior guests in a couple of locations and there was a pet bed that smelled of cat. Heat is not controlled in the room, except to open and close vents, so we were thankful for extra blankets. Overall a comfortable stay.

Hidden Gem

This property was really enjoyable to stay at. It was full of quirky and charming features. It really did feel like being in a treehouse and the private balcony was large and enjoyable. Don't let the outside features worry you when you first drive up -- once you get inside, the apartment is very pleasant. The neighbors were all nice and gave no trouble. Parking was ample, and we would definitely stay here again. Carol was a great host!
