PROS: It was definitely cozy as advertised. It was close by the shopping centers, the falls, and a park. Our kids enjoyed the bunk bed! We did have a small issue with the door code, but the issue was quickly resolved with the owner of the property and I did enjoy that. CONS:The pictures a a little deceiving. It boasts a cottage style living, but it is in the heart of "historic" downtown. The neighborhood is a little sketchy and it is almost like a maze getting to our spot. Had to go through 4 different doors and down 2 sets of stairs to get to it. The house is old, and where thats not necessarily a problem, its visibly starting to become run down. When we walked through the door, we were hit with an IMMENSE smell later to be sourced from the refrigerator. Not sure what it was, but it was so pungent and so intense that it was giving us headaches. We ended up having to go to Walmart nearby to get plug-in odor eliminators just to be able to stay in there longer than a few minutes. Parking outside was at such an intense angle due to being INSIDE a pothole. It was hard for people of the higher end to open the door and get out and even harder for the people on the lower end to keep from hitting the corner of the car door on the curb. All in all, everything was about what I expected for the price. The stench from the fridge is the only thing that really made this place unbearable. Once we had that smell gone, it wasn't an awful place to stay for the night for the price.
