"We spent a relaxing week here and had a very nice time. Cliff reached out before our stay to make sure we had all of the info we needed. That made getting to and in the cabin much easier. The property itself is as advertised - quiet and comfortable with great views and easy access to the lake. We had some challenges with the appliances but Cliff made it right. Overall I would recommend this cabin to anyone wanting to get away from it all and recharge."

"The Flats was very easy to find. It is located close to downtown. The rooms are small but clean. It would have been nice to have a bench to sit on or put our suitcases on. There is no closet or place to hang a coat. Bathroom was nice. This place has recently been remodeled"

"We loved our stay. The cabin was perfect for 2 people and our small dog. It’s tucked just far away enough to relax and unwind outside of the hustle of things but close enough to get groceries and see the sights. Would come back again!"

"Location, Location, Location. You cannot be better positioned than this property it was right in the center of everything that we had planned for my daughter’s week long wedding celebration. House had everything we needed lots of parking and the two sunroom are excellent people watching with early morning coffee or late evening bourbon. Would more than highly recommend and we would stay again"

"This was the best VRBO we have ever stayed at. Jay and Kathy are such wonderful gracious hosts. The house is incredible and the views make you feel like you are in Europe. It you are coming to the lake this is the place to stay. "

"Overall, property lacks needed maintenance. Front door was difficult to open due to scraping on floor. Windows were very dirty. Bathtub looks like it was painted with white paint which is peeling off now. The bbq grill was very dirty and no cleaning tools were present. Walls above the baseboard heater were darkened. There was an electrical outlet inches above the bathroom sink which was not a gcfi safety receptacle. But, on the bright side, we had very fast internet connection and the bed and...

"House is in a good location for exploring different areas of CDA especially if you want to be near the golf course. House was very clean."
